They harass me constantly name of Company: American Credit
They are Scam Artist please beware. They threaten to call the police to pick me up. They sound like they are from India. They are not real please don't give them any money!!!

I got the same call yesterday. Said I owe over 900.00 and I have to pay by the end of the day or I will be arrested at my home or workplace.

This # called my work saying it was officer david leo  with phone # of 949 800 7609 . Went to police dept. and they said no officer leo. They call and harras that i owe money and to pay with a credit card now or else will be arrested. They harras me all day. I believe its a scam. They have heavy accent

they called looking for a member of my family. Real scary. I was upset all day. they said they were from the IRS

They called my husband saying they had an arrest warrant out for him for tax evasion. I called them back and told them I was his tax lawyer (which I am) and they said they would fax me a release form, which they never did. Very upsetting. I'll post again if I get anything from them.

We just received a phone call this morning.  A man left a message saying he was Ray Jackson from the Department of Legal Affairs and to call 949-800-7609.  We did not call them back.

I received a call from 949-800-7609 as well.  Some Indian fellow stating he was from the  US Treasury Dept and looking for a name of a lawyer who would defend me...  Come on now!!  

Just got a call from Roy Jackson telling me that I had a legal enforcement action pending with the US Treasury and had three criminal charges pending against me. The names were Roy Jackson and Brian King.  Both were heavily accented.  They wanted the name of my lawyer to register the case against me (which is not how it works since I am a lawyer).  Very, very bold.

Received a call also fromRoy Jackson, saying he was with legal affairs, and I need to call right away because of legal action that. Would be taken against me. Heavy Indian accent, can't even pronounce my first name correctly.....Really?

Just got a call from them as well. A woman called saying her name was Roy Jackson, then when I called back the vm was for Brian King. Same thing saying they are from the IRS legal department and about to file suit against me. These people should be arrested.

Just got the same call I told them to have the cops come and arrest me and my lawyer can figure it out. Didn't have anything to say after that. They asked if I could take a loan or if I had a credit card.

Just received same call as many others.Roy Jackson from IRS call officer Brian King. I hung up and he called me back saying this is not a joke. Obviously they are trying to scam innocent folks.

Just got a call from these idiots. 2 people with Indan accents, who go by the names of Daniel Baxter and Brian King. The number 949-800-6709 is owned by Ymax Communications out of Irving, California. Ymax is a Magic Jack distributer. Neither the IRS of the Deptartment of the Treasury use Magic Jack. This is a scam, don;t get fooled. Report to the IRS fraud dept through the IRS website.

Yea, these are bogus calls and allegations. When I called them on their BS, they have me attitude and threatened me. I told them to stop harassing out phone number with their BS. Do not lay attention to these scammers!

David Baxter from 949-800-7609 US Dept of Treasury needing us or our lawyer to call him.  Since when does the Dept of Treasury have people with heavy Indian accents and lots of "call center" noise in the background working for them?  Told him to stop calling since (he had called 10 minutes earlier) and hung up on him.  He called back and was threatening.  So annoying.

Claimed to be from the US Treasury Office of Legal Affairs.  Threatened to have me arrested if I didn't provide information to them.  I called BS on it , told them to mail documentation to me and they hung up.  

Got a call from this number tonight looking for my daughter saying his name was BRIAN King from the irs I told him that give me your number and supervisor I told him that I am going to contact my federal friends from the Usss and U.S. marshslls office it did not even intimidate him please be aware of these guys always check out this stuff

Got a call from this number. The man said his name was Daniel Baxter and was very rude. I hope others learn not to call this man back!
