    I received a call from this number the guy said his name is James Patterson and that he has a claim against me for a paid day loan that I supposedly done and if I didn't respond by 2:00 p.m that they were going to file the charges with the court.

    the guy called me 2 times in less then 5 mins today but has been calling and threating me and my husband over a payday loan.  he has told me that my husband will be taken to jail and I will have to go to court and get him out. this needs to be stopped as I have to children and my husband is disabled. The man today said his name was Frank Hault he told me if I don't call him that he wishes me GOOD LUCK! and the situation unfolds on me. He is a [***] and needs to be stopped calling people and threating them.
