Don't know who this is or what they represent but they leave no message and when you call the number you'll get a fast busy.  I never answer calls I don't recognize.

No body I know.  When I call the number I get a message saying the party has not set up their p;hone mailbox yet

Just got a long voice mail from this number - they are selling some sort of medical stuff -- just signed up for Medicare and I'm sure that's how they got me on a list.

called saying they were in the neighborhood installing water filter systems and wanted to know if I wanted one, said they talked to my husband last year. Gave the name of John Brandon, or Branden. Called twice today.

I received a call (at 10:25 am 9/5/12) from Home Safety Bath and Shower wanting to set up an appointment for a local agent to bring information about walk in tubs and showers.  Caller ID reported 951-216-0982 was cell phone CA.  I requested to be put on the company do not call list and he said they didn't have one.  He also claimed that the federal DNC list didn't apply since he didn't quote a price or (directly) offer a sale.  I pointed out the FAQs on donotcall.gov (#30) which refered to surveys for the purpose of selling.  He brushed this off.
I received a call from the same number at 11:50 am on 8/31/12 with the same speel and I requested to be placed on their internal DNC list and that agent said "I'm not going to do that".

Interesting that these douches are "home safety bath and showers," since I don't need a safety shower yet!  Catch me in another 30 years, dumb [***]!

I received a call from "Home Safety Bath and Showers" today on Friday 09/28/2012 at 2:30PM. We are on the National Do Not Call Directory. These people are in flagrant disregard of the Federal DNC regulation and they don't care.

I ask you at Home Safety Bath and Showers, do you really think a person who is on the DNC list is going to trust a company who blatantly disregards not only the federal law but a persons wish to not be disturbed by telemarketers? Do you really believe people want to hear from you? It seems that the only outcome of your telemarketing is to harass people. And you seem to enjoy this?

The only logical explanation is that Home Safety Bath and Showers (most likely not their real name) is a completely fraudulent organization to be avoided. No honest business would try to get customers in this way.

Do not want to be bothered by any marketing company.....

Stop all unwanted calls

Just because you are on the DNC list doesn't mean they can not call you, if you do business with a company or sign a contract they can (and will) sell you name and number. They DO NOT have to abide by the DNC register. Read the small print people!!

He said he was not selling anything he just wants to come to my house a show me a walk in bathtub..
He insisted he was not selling anything when I told him I am on the  do not call list.

called today,my wife answered and after the schpeel about walk in bathtubs my wife politely said not interested he then says "why the fu**k did you answer the phone then" this is not a professional way to sell your product and yes we are on the no call list,fine print or not I am not affiliated in any way with this company or have signed anything recently that would have me on anyone's list.This number would be easily traced to who ever it is and "will be fined"

These people call my house constantly, never leave a message.  Caller ID says Wireless Caller

I got a call from Home Safety Bath and Showers 951-216-0982. When I asked to be removed from their call list, he told me I was put on their 'Do Not Fall' list and would have to call whoever put me on their list to get my name removed. He asked if my phone company put me on their list. I asked him why would my phone company do that?! I told him I'd start filing complaints with the FTC if I received any future calls from them, and he said this before he hung up quickly, "Okay, then, you'll be receiving calls from us all week next week." Filed a formal online complaint with the FCC and will for every subsequent phone call. Please do the same at https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088!createConsumer.action.

If you answer numbers you don't recognize, you are only telling them the your number is a good number with a live body on the other end. I let the voice mail get it. They always hang up and leave no message. If I get the same number calling back for a couple of weeks, I pick up and then hang up. If they can't talk to you then your number is of no use to them.
