They had called me yesterday. Stating that i have three current pending charges one including check fraud for a cash advance?? they said the company had sent me several emails trying to issue the matter, but yet i had no emails of any sort?? I also called the local sheriffs office and the court house also a warrant hotline, they looked up my name and found NO charges

same here and saying my husband was going to jail they call all hours of the night!! the lady tht called me is sarah woods!! im over the all the phone calls!! one compny even sent me a fake email court hearing!! so im not sure wht to do now!! my husband has no charges of any sort!!! one person said he had a pending lawsuit on his name and ss# so im alittle worried should I be??

Guy called me and said he was from the CA Attorney General's office! Then said it was regarding a legal issue. They are fishing for personal information!

I got the same call and the same chareges.from the same company. This happend the day after I had filed online for a cash advance and they said I had no money in my account to cover the 10% of a loan. as of yet I have not been contacted by any company or any sherrif

I got a message from this comapny saying they had 3 charges aginst me for not paying a bill. As of this date I have not been contacted by anyone but this company

I was contacted by this comnpany and the said I had 3 counts against me and the were seeking leagal action aginst me and the parent company was cash advance. They asked for how much money I borrowed and I did not respeond. They told me I was gonna be served with papers for litigation. as of yet no action has happened

These people are just scammers, they use different phone numbers and names to scare you so you can give them money. They are very rude and lie all the time. They say there are charges against you just to see who they can scam to get money from them. Do not believe them and just hang up. There are different numbers they use and different names. I researched these people and it's all bogus, they threaten you but they can't do anything to you so do not fall for it!!!

I had a Indian man call me from this number and told me that I had charges pressed on me and he wouldn't tell me who was doing it to me or even why he kept on hanging up on me he was cussing and even told my husband that he wants to sleep with me for $500 and called me a dumb [***] so I called the police and pressed charges and I recommend yall to do the same its a scam ssome how he knows myfull name the last four of my social and who I bank with

Oh and they also threatened to send the police to my house and I told them that I was going to call the police on them and he said there is no need for that because it would make it easier for them to arrest me

I have had the same problem an Indian accent guy says his name is john miller and that he is calling that there are charges against me and am I aware of it. SIck and tired of these unAmericans calling and trying to scam people!!

Same here says I need my attorney to contact him I have no idea what this foreign accent person is talking about it they hang up and call me right back its getting annoying does anyone know what to do to get them to stop calling

Been getting a call from "John Smith" but can't understand anything else he says.....something about needing my attorney to call him.

They have been calling me as well just a day after I was applying for payday loans. 3 different people called me telling me they are from the State Attorney's office. I asked them how come they all have east Indian accents, and one guy said, "what? I don't have an accent." I told him, "oh ya? then say noodle". He hung up on me. Another guy said, "I am to in the United States". I told him that I didn't believe he was, then he said that he was American. He wouldn't say "noodle" either. I asked them all how they could be from the State Attorney's office, but, yet don't have a Wisconsin number. I asked them how that works, The didnt' have an answer for that. I told the last one not to call me any more and that he was committing fraud and that I will be suing. I told him he is committing fraud by posing as a government official when he is not. He told me "god luck with that". I think they are scammers from East India. I will be calling the police and the FCC.

I got a call from these folks this morning saying what was my attorney's name right after I too applied for a payday loan and they called my job and home with the same mess saying I needed a lawyer. When I asked what were the charges they hung up and then called my job 30 miles away. This is absolute fraud, they are simply fishing for personal information, please beware of these scam artists. they had me going for about 20 seconds until I saw a 866 area code  when I live in Maryland for a State Attorney's office. I am so mad at them for waking me with this foolishness, I will track them down and get them reported to the proper authorities.

Called and left voicemail to contact back or with my attorney.  I called back and no answer.  Jerks can't even pronounce my name correctly and had the nerve to yawn while leaving voicemail.

OK... So adding to all these comments I also got the same phone call from a "Kevin Peterson", funny part is he is def. NOT a Kevin Peterson. Once I had calmed down and realized this was a scam call, and after he was a total a HOLE to me, I got to thinking.. they messed with the wrong person. I see that all these innocent people  have been harassed by these idiots, and I came to conclusion they need to be harassed as well. SO... They called the WRONG person this time. I will make sure that they get a call daily from me :) I think everyone should join me!

I've been reciving calls from this number all day stating if I have slayer etc and was completely rude to the person answering the call.

This is scam reported on fox 5 news last year everytime you fill out a loan they call

I tell them i will report them to fbi then they hang we should all try and fight to see them proscuted please do not give in my num is 9089377076 anyone can call me on that to try and go after them
