I got a very nasty voice mail from a man claiming that "he had called several times before" and that "I had better call him back immediately about my property".  I actually tried the number....951-279-4500 and it was just a voice mail.  I did not leave a message.

Not sure that this is, but it has to be a scam.  I am not ever going to anwer this call!

I got the same message, verbatim. Clearly it's a scam. F those guys.

My husband's sister got one of these today, naming him. Verbatim message as well. Get a life dirt bags.

Oh my goodness. I received the same phone message today. But the sad part about it is that i have no property,home or anything else. I am as poor as a homeless person. The only difference between me and the homeless person is that someone allows me to stay in there home and use their computer to hook my majic jack to and receive phone calls.

Man if they only knew, they'd throw my " magic jack" phone number out the window.

They said the same thing about my property being threatened. I checked the account number they gave me and there was nothing to find out about it, yet! Their real (or fake) names are James Woods and Ernest Hill. I got an e-mail from Ernest Hill and there was nothing written for a message. I gave them my e-mail because they sounded so threatening.

The other scam man's name is Ernie Wilson, not Ernest Hill. Sorry.

Just got the same message! This sounds like a scam to me! Kind of scary since I'm having trouble keeping my house. Glad I went on line first to check it out! Thanks for the input peaple!

I got a call looking for my mom, the guy said he was "Mike Anderson"he said my mom was due to be a defendant in a civil suit and she would be served on Tuesday -- my mom called him back (purporting to be a lawyer) and they wouldn't tell her anything.  

The best I can figure is they got my name from her magic jack phone list.....

Whoever this is has been calling my father and asking for me saying my property has powerline issues and if they're not addressed I may have to move. My dad will not give out my information and calls me each time they call him. I've tried to call it back but it's a voicemail for a supposed corporate office. My dad says the gentleman callings name is Phil.?.? I'm glad I just read all these and won't pursue this any further. I have also told my father to tell them if they call again to lose his phone number or he will sue them for harassment.. Hopefully this works and we will b done with the calls!

I got a call from name Mike Anderson he said he call several and left a message regarding property, i'm poor and no property. He left the 951 279 4500... His looked like  to scared me the way he talk...

this person same ernie called my mom to say he needed to talk to me about something??? what is this number and who is this ernie person.. maybe bbb should get involved

Got the same call from some mafia sounding guy.  JDI Associates.  scammers!  report them to CA AG office

If you look up the phone number 951-279-4500 it belongs to a Daniel and Lisa Walden at 13815 Almond Grove Court, Corona , CA   92880.

Everyone needs to contact the Attorney General's Office and file a complaint - ASAP!  Use this link - I just filed a complaint for JDI and Associates for the listing info mentioned above.

I received a voicemail call stating that he is from JDI Associates and he needs me to call them back regarding our private property immediately.

Just received call from 951-279-4500, threatening in tone, "regarding my property", telling me they have tried and left several messages, and I must call immediately. They are LIARS. This is the first message from them. I tried calling back. Nothing. Intellus.com lists the phone under: Lisa Walden, Almond Grove Ct, Corona, Ca. 92880.

Same nasty message on both my home & cell. Not responding to this [***]! Why doesn't CA Consumer Protection step in?  TOTAL SCAM!! Do not give any information just hang up!

We all got the same phone call. We all need to report it! Shame on people preying others fears.

I keep getting calls from this number but now it comes up as unknown.  He said his name is Mike Anderson and its imperative I call him because its about the property I live at.  
If that was the case Im pretty sire my landlord would have mentioned something by now.  
If it continues Im going to let my landlord know and it wont be pretty if he has to deal with the crap.
