called my cell.. Asian guy named curtis jackson?  come on

A guy who keeps calling 2 - 5 times a day. Some of the time he leaves a message, some of the time he doesn't. I cannot understand him but I think he's either calling and saying that he is Curtis Jackson or he's calling from Curtis Jackson's office. I have advised him to remove me from his calling list but my attempts have failed.

Got a call from 951-281-0351 telling me there is a warrant out for my arrest. He said that the Sheriff was coming to my job to get me. I told him to tell them to come on. lol. When I got off the phone I checked w/my county sheriff's office and founded out that it wasn't ture. lol

I to got a call from this number, she said her name is Alica Winston and that she is from the State Attorneys office. First message was threating in nature, said if I did not call back the SECOND I recieved her voice mail that she will not be responsible for what happens, the next message is that someone access my name and social security number and is using it, to call her back as soon as possible. I tried calling our State Attorneys Office here and when I looked the area code did not even match, so I did a reverse trace and found out the number came from Corona, CA. The State Attorney's Office in California is in Sacramento. I could not find out anymore information. Contacted our Attorney Generals office to file a complaint and they basically told me that it's maybe from a debt collector and unless they know excatly who it is they can not do anything, nor can they do anything if its out of State.

The same guys has called me all day today, he said that I was being sued for fraud to a bank, he has my ss# which I dislike cause he can use it. He said I would be arrested & that he has an affidavit. He also started yelling at me because my husband got on the phone to ask him questions. I hope he goes to jail for harassment.

all of this just happened to me right now, and My question is, has any one applied for online loans? if yes then i think this may be the problem.

This guy called my place of employment today tell me that  he was from the state's attoney's office and that  i owed money to cashadvance of america.. which i do not.. he could not tell me how much i owed.. but he told me if i paid 250 today he would not have the police come and arrest me.. i asked him to send me the information to my email address and he said he could not give me anything in writting right now i have no idea who these people are or how they got my information.. he was very rude on the phone and it was very hard for me to understand him.. something has to be done about this.. oh the number that he called from came up on the caller id from a payphone...

same thing happened to me, i just got done filing a complain with the Federal Trade Commission. I suggest you all do the same www.ftc.gov This must be stopped

Received  about 15 Phone Calls from this Number threating to have me arrested, when a I tried to get information who the Company but could not has reported them to authorties.

The same happened to me. His name is Don Rogers from 951-8216872. I am sick and he told me i default on my loan and that I was getting arrested. I got him a pre- paid card for $860,00. Not realizing it was a scam. I did miss a payment on my loan last month since I am sick and I thought it was that, and now I realize how stupid I was. Can we find them and take them to jail?? Let's help and lead the State Attorney to really arrest them.
