The Interconnection Agreement (“the Agreement”) by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T
Illinois, Indiana Bell Telephone Company Incorporated d/b/a AT&T Indiana, Michigan Bell Telephone Company d/b/a
AT&T Michigan, Nevada Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Nevada, The Ohio Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T
Ohio, Pacific Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T California, Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P. d/b/a AT&T Arkansas,
AT&T Kansas, AT&T Missouri, AT&T Oklahoma, AT&T Texas, Wisconsin Bell, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Wisconsin (“AT&T”) and
YMAX Communications Corp. (“CLEC”) is hereby amended as follows:
(1) Section 5.7.1 of the Appendix ITR is replaced in its entirety and will now read as follows:
5.7.1 A dedicated trunk group shall be required to the designated Public Response HVCI/Mass Calling Network
Access Tandem in each serving area. This trunk group shall be one-way outgoing only. As the
HVCI/Mass Calling trunk group is designed to block all excessive attempts toward HVCI/Mass Calling
NXXs, it is necessarily exempt from the one percent blocking standard described elsewhere for other final
Local Interconnection Trunk Groups. CLEC will have administrative control for the purpose of issuing
ASRs on this one-way trunk group. The Parties will not exchange live traffic until successful testing is
completed by both Parties.
(2) This Amendment shall not modify or extend the Effective Date or Term of the underlying Agreement, but rather,
shall be coterminous with such Agreement.
(3) EXCEPT AS MODIFIED HEREIN, ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE UNDERLYING
AGREEMENT SHALL REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
(4) In entering into this Amendment, neither Party waives, and each Party expressly reserves, any rights, remedies
or arguments it may have at law or under the intervening law or regulatory change provisions in the underlying
Agreement (including intervening law rights asserted by either Party via written notice predating this
Amendment) with respect to any orders, decisions, legislation or proceedings and any remands thereof, which
the Parties have not yet fully incorporated into this Agreement or which may be the subject of further review.
(5) This Amendment shall be filed with and is subject to approval by the Public Utilities Commission of the State of
California, the Illinois Commerce Commission, the Indiana Utilities Regulatory Commission, the Kansas
Corporation Commission, the Michigan Public Service Commission, the Missouri Public Service Commission,
the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, the Oklahoma Corporation

commission, the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and shall
become effective ten (10) days following approval by such Commission. This Amendment shall be filed with the
Arkansas Public Service Commission and shall become effective upon filing. Based on the Public Utilities
Commission of Ohio, the Amendment is effective upon filing and is deemed approved by operation of law on the
31st day after filing.

I got a call from this number today (4/14/10) at 2:38pm and the message that was left was a guy saying sarcastically, "Oh that's what I'm looking for, right there."

i got a phone call from this #  on 4-22-2010 ask for my name and then he said: this is so and so sheriff dept, then he said he'll call back. I called the # back is a recording msg asking to leave a msg.

This number calls me at least twice a day.  I don't answer as I don't recognize the number and they continually hang up without leaving a message.  

STOP.............please STOP calling me.

I received a message from someone at this number couldn't understand what they were saying, tried to call back and got a generic message that the mailbox does not take message because the box was full.

Tried to get us to hang on to connect with another line. My wife hung up instantly. This outfit sounds like a scam group.
