Would also like to know who this is.  They just call and let the phone ring, and don't leave a message.  I called the number back, but just get a fast busy.

This number 951-298-9515 called twice and did not leave a message. I called back and it said the number had been changed, disconnected or is no longer in service. Then I received a 3rd call from this number. This Time I answered. Sounded like a child asking for a Mr and Mrs So and so. I said they had the wrong number then they hung up.

I am also getting calls from this number have no idea who it is ... only to my cell phone interestingly, have now added it to my reject list

a guy called my cell asking for my husband and didn't want to say what he needed him for. He also asked at what time he was getting home then proceeded to ask me for the correct pronunciation of our last name then hung up?? very weird.

Called and dead air then hung up, this has been going on for a week and judging from the posts here it might be criminal in nature. Called back twice and received a recording saying the number was disconnected.

Call came in at 8:30 pm.  I answered because it was a local number.  no response.  I called back and got a fast busy signal.  I called the operator and 611 for TWC support .....which was a big waste of time.    
I think i'll file a complaint with the FCC. .... that seems to work best.  

This number has been calling me for the past few days now. I don't answer because my caller ID says it's suspected spam. So I ignore it. There is no other name that pops up or anything. Very strange. Time to add it to my blocked list.

Called 13 times in the past 2 weeks at different times of day just blocked it and I have the same results as the rest of the complainants.

Yep same thing as all of the above complaints..getting sick of stopping my work to answer a dead air or someone chatting up a coworker…I filed with the FCC.

I reported them and last call I received was 9/23/2014.IT WORKED! I suspect they are a hassling agency from a credit company,someone with the same last name as mine is getting a car re-po'd.After that call was when the harrassment began.But reporting at the link above seems to have stopped them.Its a PIA of a form but worth a try.

I also have a call blocker,a sentry i got on amazon.Its 39.95 and blocks em,but your phone will do one ring each time they call.Most callers give up,these bums dont.

I keep getting call from this number and I tried calling back with no answer.  I don't want to receive any all from there clean energy.

These guys kept calling, I told them I have solar.  They still kept calling so I told them to send someone out.  When he got there he was so said.  I told him what had happen and that maybe he could let them know to stop calling.  Haven't got a call since.
