  Same thing: "Impersonating a police office and wanting money wired to him to payoff a warrant." Tells me he's from the Warrants Division, local city. Ends the call with (ut of the blue) something about "dis dick and dees nuts in your mouth." Almost had me going for a minute before. Tells me he's going to send someone to apprehend me if I don't "take care of this."

I don't know if this will help. But I used to work for a company who would buy old debt and they would use tactics like this to scare people on paying a debt that is out of statue. They buy it in bundles and they do all kinds of research on you via Google Facebook anywhere they can. I wasn't with the company for very long I knew that this wasn't right. The company was shut down there was feds,  police everywhere. This was located in the Riverside / Corona area.  last I had heard these people had started a new company. I don't know if these are the same people I was just trying to give some info on what they are. Based on the reports it sounds like the same kind of concept.
