Trying to get info from me about important legal matter

Caller was a lady's voice this time.  It came from CA.  Last time it was from CO.  Saying they have legal papers to deliver to my home or office and only will attempt this twice.

Callers voice is female...said your attorney or you can contact the client  regarding this legal matter, gave the number 951-319-7722 caled them back and a male answered DC Services how can I help you!  I hung up!!                                                                                                                          Googled  DC Services and a whole list of different Co. come from treadmills, asthma control, plumbing, roofing, dc services llc. Obvioiusly a scam artist at work again.

I get these calls all of the time, asking for my ex.  They are "Zombie debt collectors".  They purchase old debt that has been written off by the original creditor and use scare tactics to try and get people to pay up.   I NEVER answer a phone number I don't recognize and when I get these voicemails, I immediately block the number.  Occasionally they will call with an Unknown number which you can't block but I just ignore those.  These guys are the lowest of the lowest scum of the earth.  Don't fall for their scare tactics!

I received the same call... It was a females voice and she stated that her name was Laura Thompson. The voice mail stated that she had some legal documents to deliver to my place of employment. Yeah, it has to be some scam, I have no legal issues.

Well, this would explain it. Thanks for the info. Ex's you just can't get rid of them, huh?!

Same happened to me yesterday. Once they had amassing service like response, I hung up. If there was a legal judgement against me, they would not call . Period . It's sad but part of  realty  these types of businesses exist

me too , one from colorodo and now female laura thompson version from wherever... no one does this that's legit without giving some kind of pertinent info.. they are just trolling scammers- GET A REAL JOB

Got the same message 2 days in a row now called them back for what it was all about got a recording no one was available leave a message  I hung up.this call came from Calif. Got a call again today I hung up found this page. Many people having the same thing so  I just don't answer.

I had the same thing happen to me too today. Same person, Laura Thompson.

Same thing for me.  I just bought a house so I would definitely know. Scam. To bad our tax paying money can't do something to put these people in jail.

My sister's ex-mother in law ran a scam like this.. Now she's in jail. Don't fall for it.. Real legal matters are subpoenaed.

Yeah, same here. Voice mail from Laura Thompson with DC SERVICES. Saying this is important matter and legal docs will be delivered to my "residence place of employment" (that's fishy right there). Figured it to be a scam. I'm not about to call back. Might be one of those phone charge scams where they bill you for minutes on the line. Just blocked number and forget.

I received automated message from caller ID: "Private caller" 951-319-7722. Female voice. Non-accented English: "This is Laura Thompson with the private servicing division of CC (or DC) services. I am calling in regards to a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention.  We have documents that are scheduled to be delivered to your residence or place of employment. We will only make 2 attempts to deliver these documents. Have valid Identification ready to insure the proper delivery of your documentation. If you or your attorney have any questions regarding this matter, you can contact our firm at 951-319-7722. Once again, 951-319-7722."

I blocked the number. Obviously a scammer.

I received the exact same message. Scared me to death since I have a very unruly neighbor and all I could see were court costs and $$$$$ signs.

Got a call from 951-319-7722 on my cell phone. They left a message. I called the number back, remained quiet, and played message back to them, and then hung up! Satisfying!

Same thing came in on my cell phone on 8/2/2016 from 951-319-7722, clearly a scam.  Block this number!

I'm another Molly who has had multiple scary calls from "Laura Thomson", paid robot from the 9513197722 number. Not only is this a scam, but it's hurtful and disruptive. I have endured stalkers in the past and until finding this thread, considered it to be happening again. So what do we do? Report this?

got a call twice now yesterday 8/3/16 was the third time I asked him what this was regarding to and he said someone filed a complaint against you either a a bussiness, individual etc. he said he would put it on hold for an hr  if I did not call back in an hr the llegal proceedings where going to start.
