These people are the people who are scamming people telling them there is a warrant out for their arrest do not believe them!

This guy randomly called me this week and asked to speak to me. He spelled my first name but mispronounced my last name. Once I told him that I didn't know anyone by that name, he told me that it wasn't a scam, but he didn't speak English very well. Then exactly 1 minute later, he called my job and told my coworker that there was a lawsuit against my ssn. He said that his name was Alan Smeet and he wouldn't reveal what "law firm" he represented. This same senario happened to my best friend last year and she called the cops and told them what happened. Since then thay haven't bothered her again.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and my job. The man did not speak very good english and he cursed at me telling me he was from a law firm.

Just had the same call and there is another number doing the same thing its a 202 area code but the other number got ahold of me first so i knew it wasnt the truth dont believe anything they say!!!!!!!!!

he called sayin he was with a law firm for me to call back the number to get the information about my case. he said he didnt know anything but when i called back i would be given the information. if he was a real lawyer why wouldnt he have the case information. its a scam

This fool tryingto intimidate with lawsuit from some cashadvance co. Stating I would be arrested for some theft/fraud.  Called my house and tried to threaten my wife.  Well I have turned it over to Fraud Division after seeing all the comments from others to Shriffs Dept.  His next friend will be Bubba!  Don't threaten or intimidate me [***]!  Lawyers don't call folks at 6aM PST even if to the east coast you are done [***].

The same thing happened to me about an hour ago.  David Barker from Anderson Law Ass. said I had 20 minutes to go purchase a Visa card and fax a letter with my drivers liscense that said I agree to pay $100.00 on Visa card on 7-7-12.  He said I did not pay a pay day loan from 2009.  He asked me who my lawyer was and said I was going to be arrested.He is in L.A. and his e-mail address is ACS.LEGAL@live.com.  His phone number is 951-468-0381 and his fax no. is 1-206-339-6489.  He also had an accent and was hard to understand. So BEWARE

The same this happened to me. I called my back and then i called the local Police. He tried to say that i took a payday loan out and i didnt. Dumb guy. He is trying to get money out of me. How in the world did they gey my office nuber. I called my local Police and put in a report.

This has happen to me several times as well. This guy is saying he is Jose Williams and first off you can not understand what he is saying. He goes on to saying that some payday cash loan place has sent an affidavit stating they are suing me for some cash advancement. I told the jerk who keeps cutting me off that i have not had any payday loan. He tells me yes you have and you know the dates. I asked what is the dates and amount. He states he do not have that info or the amounts. I asked to speak to someone i could understand. He transfers me and it is him again stating he is a different person. And he asking for my personal info. SCAM

This man called me several times leaving messages that he needed the name of my attorney of record.  Finally I did my research and the message about calling my employers, is covered under the Fair Credit Act.  So I called the number back and the man said he was with Anderson Law Associates and he was Mike Anderson, he spoke very bad english, sound more Indian or Arab.  So I ask him to repeat his name and the company he was representing and he hung up on me.  I tried call back because I was wanted to file a Cease and Desist order and also contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint.  This pratice is ILLEGAL. kNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

Just happened to me again. That. Mike called my job about a year ago with the same story. Then this morning "Jack " called saying I was going to be arrested. I told him I was already aware of their scam and hung up. He didn't call back.

i just received the same call john williams is the name he used he said a law suit was filed against me in henderson nv and said for me to call 951 468-0398 x359. he said anderson law firm needed to hear from me right away and that he was just a para legal calling on behalf of the firm. he wouldn't answer any questions. i said i'll have channell 13 investigate and hung up.

Wow, well i just had a guy call me saying that i borrowed money from a loan company and never payed them back when iv never borrowed money from anyone in my entire life. This a total scam the guy called from 951-468-0381 please people dont be fooled by this idiot its a complete hoaxs i also did a reverse phone number find and this guy is calling from river side california. I also reported this to the local police and numbercop.com. He will try and get money from you and say your going to be arrested or theres going to be a warrent out for your arrest or you need to go to court by a sertain time. Hes very rude and you really cant understand him because of his accent.

Got a phone call this morning at 7 am stating that he needed my lawyers info because I had a lawsuit against me.   I was given a number to call  but never got a hold of anyone.

So I called back and the same guy that left me this message with an Indian accent said that he needed $$$$ or I was going to be sorry then I told him that I wanted to speak to his attorney and refused so I told Mr. Realson that I had already given this message to police and FBI and then he hung up the phone so I called back and the same guy answered but instead of answering (Anderson Law Firm) he says (Hello) I asked him I like to speak to Mr. Realson and he said I had the wrong number, then I asked him his name and he said (this is your sugar daddy) and he laughs! I told him he was being recorded and hangs up on me again. Now he won't answer his phone. hahahaha he thinks I'm stupid, so people.....pls don't be afraid.

Dont be afraid I got the same call this morning from the same [***] Indian but I returned the call at a later time and he answered the phone and I told him that he was being recorded and I had gone to the police and FBI and hangs up on me.

I got a phone call and he told me I would be arrested and send him some money. I did cause I had a loan. Now I am reading these.

This just happened to me and I sent him 270 dollars and he gave me the acs.legal@live.com he even called our city about me said needed to check on my SSN how do I stop this. He was foreign and he kept turning around asking questions to someone behind him I do have loan but he wouldn't tell me who was suing me
