ACS Legal Services, calling to "check their data" (from another completely different phone number), asking me for a social security number. Really bad line and an Indian accent, most likely a VOIP number with a spoofed caller ID.

SAME DEAL! A GUY WITH AN INDIAN ACCENT CALLED ME ALSO ASKING FOR MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER CLAIMING I OWE MONEY AND THAT I NEED TO SEND THEM MONEY VIA WESTERN UNION. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE TREATING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED IF I DIDNT. I CALLED MY ATTORNEY AND TOLD THEM, WHEN THEY CALLED ME I ASKED THEM FOR THE INFO AND TOLD THEM MY ATTORNEY IS CALLING THEM WHIOLE I RECORDED THE CALL. THEY ABRUPTLY HUNG UP.

Claiming had 3Crinimal charges for fraud and writing worthless check .. that I was gong to be arrested they were going to report to my job employer... Male was really rude ..kept hanging up on me ....I even my attorneythe info

I have been getting calls for the past 3 days from them. Leaving nasty messages but I also had calls from the same people from a NY number.

Started getting calls 7 am from Johnny Bash Lawfirm? the accent was so thick that's what it sounded like. Told there are 3 felony charges against me for a payday loan I have NEVER in my life taken out. They won't stop calling and leaving messages. Supposedly I will be arrested today...hah good luck with that.  This is a scam...but if someone has advise to get them to stop calling it would be helpful. On do not call list.

I start receiving calls from an man with an Indian accent claiming I owe him money he is an attorney and I will be sued.  This person has called before andthist is a  scam.  The company was caught, but apparantely they have started again using the number 951-468-0421 and operating out of california now. He was rude and cursed me out using extreme foul language.

I just got a call from Adam Spencer . This man spoke with a very strong accent . This fool claimed that there was a pending law suit against me for a pay day loan that I have never taken out . This idiot claims he has my ssn but refused to give it . Made all kinds of threats . I advise this person that I am a debt collector been one for 9 yrs and I live in Georgia where you can not get a paid loan even if I wanted too . This is a scam and the are using all kinds of scare tactics , man even told me to go to hell . These morons have the wrong person .

These people are calling saying they are going to arrest my wife and that we owe them money.

Same here:  Rude message with an "accent" and asking to call back and give my SS#. My question is -- how in the world they DO have my full name and phone# as well?!  Is there anyway to "stop" this "company" for illegal phone calls?...

I had the same call from an adam spencer with John Best Law Firm in CA.  he told me the three charges and I was going to spend 6 months in jail.  Did anything happen?  I couldn't even get him to give me when the pay day loan was or anything
