someone called me from 9514890224 and said it was a legal matter.
I did not answer and someone with a heavy foreign accent with an american named said my lawyer should call.
I called back and the phone rings and rings and goes to some full voice mail box.

I recieved a phone call from this number and it said that i had pending charges against me and that i need to speak with Kevin Peperson.. And that he would let me know what the charges against me were.

I got a call on my job saying that 3 criminal charges filed against me I needed my attorney and they are filing legal action against me. He told me he could not give me any information and that  I needed to call a Mr. Peterson at 951-489-0224, the number he wanted me to call is the number he was calling me from. He preceeded to tell me, if the line is busy continue to call back until someone answer.

Please contact FEDERAL TRADE COM. @ 8773824357 and place a complaint this is a nation wide scam ... They are not going to arrest you ...

I got a call from this # they said i have some legel chargers on me they knew my SS# what should I do

What did you do a friend of mine is getting call from the same number they don't know her ss# but they do know her name and both her cell and work number.

i just got a call today from the same number when i did not answer they left a voicemail saying it is important that i call them and if not they need to see my lawyer etc. the voice is a man with a heavy accent with an american name.

I received a call today from "Kevin Peperson" claiming that I had 3 criminal charges pending aagainst me. He would explain the charges but that I was not to interrupt him. He was hard to understand because of his thick Indian accent and because the phone kept cutting in and out. He starting listing the charges of fraud and writing bad checks. When I said that I didn't know what he was talking about he yelled at me and said not to interrupt and did I know what that meant. I swore at him and he hung up. I called him back and he wouldn't answer. I called on a different line and when he answered I asked him not to hang up and please explain what was going on. Supposedly I was going to be arrested in three days because I didn't pay back a loan to Cash Advance USA. I told him that I never got a loan with them and he said he had the paper work to prove that I did. He knew my SSN, place of employment, address, email address. I asked if I could talk to the company directly, since I didn't owe them money and he said, "no." Once I started playing nice with him, he told me I could avoid arrest by going to WalMart and getting a pre-paid VISA for $1599. He really had me going for awhile but thank goodness I googled the phone number and found out that this was a scam.

yes this is a scam, same thing happen to me and ask me to pay 500$. funny part was that he say someone will come and arrest me but he wanted to know my address on my DL hahahhaha cant arrest me then i guess. anyway its been sevral month and now they calling again.  so irritating. i wish this would stop.

Some guy with a heavy accent called my cell and informed me there was a lawsuit against me and my social security number. I was told to get a lawyer and call the number right back. the number he provided for the "call back"the same number number he was calling from. I proceeded to tell him that I was going to alert the authorities. The call then mysteriously dropped. I tried to call back several times and eventually got someone. Some other guy answered saying "this is Kevin". I also let "Kevin Peperson" know that I will be alerting the authorities about these calls. That call also mysteriously dropped. What in the world?!?

We got the same call, heavy accent, very rude told me not to interrupt him.......a hot damn mess they are!!!!

Well i can tell you,he called the wrong person this time.Im going to sat com track the number,and have a few friends from Hermosssa pay him a call,lol..

Just got off the phone with 951-489-0224 not 5 min ago haha I toll him I have statements and it's his legal problem and he hungup lol but they were calling my work to.

Just received the same call as everyone else yet the name given to me was Roger Brown.  When I tried to call this Roger Brown the phone kept ringing and then a voice recording came on with the mailbox being full.

Same thing happened to me. I don't know what is going on but it is really annoying because they called my job with this foolishness! When I called the number back it said this mail box was full and would not say who was calling and would not let me leave a message either.

I forgot to say the person calling stated his name was Michael Johnson.  Glad I googled the number!

called and reported this to the FCC, they say get as much info as you can when they call. FCC wants all the info you can get, then tell them you know this is a scam and has been reported to the FCC. Save all numbers they call from as well.

I got the same call three times this morning. His name was Jake. it scared me because when I asked him what the issue was he said OH MY GOD....you don't know about the legal actions pending against you? It really freaked me out. Who do I call to report this number?

The same person called me and just told me i have criminal pending charges I yelled at him and told him I speek English no abudobi and if he cant speak English to me I was hanging up!!! He told me to speak with Kevin Peterson about the charges and I told him to [***] off!  He said they would arrest me if I did not respond to this and I almost fell for it till I googled it!!!
