someon with strong hindu accent leaving voicemail telling me to call back immdiately or my attorney, if my attorney or I don't call back he wishes me good luck for what is about to take place, or something like that

I got the same thing this is very strange....

I am gettting the same messages. He is part of the Cash NET scam. If you applied for a payday loan recently or before somehow he got ahold of your information and is trying to scam you to send him money via western union or something of the sort. BY NO MEANS GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THIS PERSON.

i got a call saying i took out a loan which i didn't and i'm supposed to send them money or they will call my attorney or something like that. is this a scam?

i got this call last night. yesterday they told me something bad would happen today. today they told me something bad would happen tomorrow. these guys are a bunch of clowns and as soon as you call them out on it they hang up on you. don't let them swindle you. they wont tell you what company or organization they work for so obviously they are a scam.

Got the same message as everyone else.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Definently a scam! Don't fall for it. They threatened and try to scarr you into believing you owe money. They've called me at my job and personal cell from different numbers including the 951 489 0227

Let them no its illegal to call and harrass people. You can also have th enumber blocked :)

I got the same message on my work phone number and then he called my cell number bout 3 times... Saying that if I didnt call he wised me the best of luck with the situation, if I dont return his phone call asap....

Received about 5 phone calles in 2 days.  The same exact message everytime, I had to replay it about 3 times because the hindu accent was so strong...after listening you can tell that he is talking through a computer.  Keeps leaving messages that say I owe money and to have me or my attorney to call, wishes me luck if i dont.  You can tell right away that it is a scam, anytime a hindu calls you with these kinds of things it is 99.9% scam.  Next time I am going to tell him that I gave his number to the local authorities who are going to forward it to the government.

this person calls my work very often, even when I am not there, he has very strong accent and the phone connection is usually very bad, sometime even to the point I am unable to understand anything he says. This person should not be permitted to have a phone.

theses people have been calling me over and over. its just a scam but im not sure what information they have on me. they know where i bank and the last four of my social.......im kinda worried they are gonna steal my identity..

I recieved the same call this morning from a guy calling himself Brian Johnson, I listened to what he had to say, but as soon as I said, "how I know this phone call is not a scam or fraud" he hung up.  Just be careful when these clowns call you and do not provide them with any information.

I received a similar call and message yesterday and the person identified himself as John Anderson, an attorney. He literally threatened me with a civil action from his firm and possibly a visit from the sheriff. I called back and asked for the California State Bar # and was given 069982. Verification shows that this # has not been used since 1988 and it doesn't belong to John Anderson.

I keep getting calls from this same #. They have all of my information. Their telling me that I owe Advance America $1500.00 and that if I don't pay today then their going to come out to my job tomorrow with a warrant for my arrest. Is this a scam?

I just got a call from this number saying that ion monday at 10am this will be downloaded and charges will be filled on me how can we stop these calles.

They just called me saying some of the somethings. I ask him can he tell me when this was he said he didn't know but I was being sued. Then he asked me if I wanted to selltle out court by just paying the 500 dollars that I suppose to owe. I told him that the card that I have is a card from my employer and that their the only ones that can put money on my card he started getting mad and told me that he's going to call my job and tell my manager and send the sheriff to my house. I got a call just now from a person with a strong hindu accent, he said his name was Officer Jeff Thompson and i or my attorney need to call him, i called my attorney and gave him the number and they refused to talk to him when he identified himself as my attorney.  I have received about a dozen of these calls in the past month, they all threaten to have me arrested, but they do not know that i work for the federal government and at this time i am having them tracked down and will have them arrested once we find out what company they are working for.
