This number called me twice.

This number continuously calls me, leaving threatening voicemails in a very heavy Indian accent.  I don't an swer but they  keep calling and leaving messages constantly.  Very annoying....they should be reported immediately.

Got a call from this heavy accent man telling me I am having my checking account taking money out of it  don't know who he is but he called 3 tiomes in a row!!! wont answer the calls ! I got scammed for 500 one time and now wont answer any numbers I dont know!  Have me serve with papers and then I will respond!!!!!! Wish I could do something about theses calls ..... Oh could not even understand where he was calling from!

This # has been calling my girlfriend & threatening her @ home & work.  These people are foreign & they are scamers.  She contacted the original creditor & let them know what is going on.  They in turn had her contact fraud prevention to report it.  She also called the local Police dept & they took a report & also will contact FBI & fraud prevention.  Be aware that these jerks will get caught. Police told her not to answer the calls & to record all messages left from this # onto another recording device.  You should also notify your bank & probably open a different account. I have been a debt collector for 25 years.  If they have not sent you a notice & cannot provide you with copies of original paperwork you know it is a scam.  The fair debt practices act is federal & doesnt change from state to state.

Kept getting calls from this number threatening me with court over a supposed $300 payday loan I never repayed back. I Hung up and called them back and told them I was reporting them and it was a scam and he quickly said oh there will be no more collection calls.  Hmmm..last time I checked if you owe money and collections (legit collections) is calling you, they don't go away oh so easy. He Hung up on me. So I called back and he answered the phone and said Ms.********  we Sony be calling again.

These people have already tried this on me once before. They called me on Thankgiving the first time and was screaming and threatening me. I had never heard of them before. Seriously, they have to be stopped. they are thieves!

I have received the same calls, heavy accented man called himself Johnny (no last name) when asked for a name. Has called  me several times at work, supervisor asked him not to call again, has not called in several months, until 7/25/12. Will not give any specific information, when I told him to give me written info mailed to me, have never received anything, except, the threatening calls. This has been going on for about a year or more. I do not know who this individual is or how he got my information or how he knows my work number.Would appreciate any help to stop this scam.

These people are crazy!!! called me at work and threatened me with court. Indian accent person.  they said they tried to serve and it is such a lie.  If you tried to get a loan online be aware of these scam artists.

Call the police and file a report with the phoen number for harassment.  We are doign the same thing
