People with Indian accent called and had my social security number. Said I had taken out an online loan, which I never had & said me or my attorney need to call back. They hang up on me every time I call.

They threatened to have me arrested and even called my work.. is there any legal action we can take,,, one even tried telling me they were from the LA county sheriffs office... wouldnt that be fraud, impersonating an officer?

Received a call from a guy with a Indian accent saying I was going to jail tomorrow and he even has my social security number. I did not apply for a loan with these ppl and don't know how they got my inforamation. I called my local sheriff office and they told me to contact the Better Business Berau and a lawyer. I am meeting with my lawyer tomorrow. These ppl need to be stopped.

Your local Police told you to call the BBB.. make sure you tell your attorney and follow up who in that dept refused to take your information.. especially if they have your SS #... some police are just dumb...

yes they said the same thing and threated me and wanted more information to send to me the report really if u got my number and s.s.i then u know where i live and then he cursed me out and said alex watson this time.

I just got the same exact call he had my ssn, address, everything.  Then I got a call from someone saying they were a sheriff office issuing a warrant.

Getting these phone calls stating that I have a loan out and they are going to arrest me.

Yes. They. Call. And. I better. Call. Or. Heaven. Help me. How do they get. New cell phone mineral.  Mine is only one month old   I called that number and. It was a federal. Investigation.    Answering.

Something about a time sensitive message

SCAM big time. They threaten arrest, you ask for them to send the information, they get pissed off thinking you wll fold, and start talking faster with all the junk about calling work and being arrested at work, and you just keep asking for for the court papers until they hang up. After that they will not answer your calls and if you really want to mess with them put them on speed dial with the number blocked and keep calling in.

This just happened to me, some guy with a heavy indian accent left a message about something being time sensitive.  I called them back, they said my name and my work.  They said the police were coming to arrest me for six months.  I laughed, thats now how our legal process works.  You get arrested, they access your crime and you are released (depending on the crime) and you have to return for the rest of the court case.  The sentencing phase is another seperate case.  This was just creepy and weird.

they called left me two messages and then i called them back said that I received a loan in my bank account and I never did. then he said i was going to get arrested at my job. these people freaked me out until I came on here.His name was Jason Philipps

This mideastern man called and. Said I had a class action. Filed against me. They had all. My info.
Threatened if. I did not. Call. Alex watson attorney I was going o jail. When I called they said I was going to jail tomorrow. Crazy. I said wtf And they said don't you know you are being recorded. I said I donnot care

got the same call from alex watson threaten me with jail time he said to go to a valero gas station to get money out  really a valero gas station

Called me saying they were coming to my job and lock me up for 6mo for a loan I never had

They just called me saying that me or my attaind attorney need to call them now and if we didnt all he could do was wish me luck in this crisis and then hung up

They just called me too, my cell and my job, stating her name was Samantha Jones and me or my attorney should call back or good luck. I put my info in for a payday loan online please I warn everyone never do it again, they have all of your information thank god I'm broke and they can't take anything but this is where it is coming from. I happened to me about 3 years ago and I did it again.sorry.......it will be more to call all day and night.

dude I got the same thing but with another number which is 315-750-4229 the indian guy with an acsent said he's from criminal justice legal svcs. and theres a legal complaint on me from cashnet payday loan...that I'm going to get arrested WTH.....
