I have received calls both at home and work which almost cost me my job from this< Micheal Jo person and would l like to warn people he has threathened me and others with arrest and law suits.  Please make him stop

This guy named Michael Jo claiming to be an officer of the law has been harassing me for about a month now. He has also been calling my work and threatening them also. I finally talked to him and not sure what its all about but i set up a payment plan with them but now wondering if it all is a scam. he had my social security number and my address but said there were no papers to send to my resident. I thought if you wanted to file a claim on someone you had to serve them by sheriff, so if I haven't been served maybe this is all a bunch of bull. I think I'm gonna call & talk to my lawyer.

Jeff, this is definitly a scam. Do not give them any additional info and do not pay them. The same person from the same place has been calling me. Probably the best way is to report them to your attorney general and to tell them when they call that you have reported them to law enforcement and that you are recording the call. I bet they will hang up.
