I received a message from some India speaking person named Adam Smith that I would need my attorney to contact them, and te details would be disclosed once i call, and then it almost seemed like a threat that if i didn't contact them, then "good luck to me as this situation unfolds". Towards the end of the call, there was a "Take Care". Sort of contradictary there...when I called back the voicemail was ful.

This person called me at work and my cell phone number same message as Chris I am sure it is a scam as they called my kids cellphones a few years ago threatening them.

I received call from this phone number as well 11/07/2011 A man calling himself Jack Brown who sounds more like a "Fardeep Patel" in the message he states that I or my retain attorney need to contact their offices because this is extreemly time sensitive matter. He advises me not to disregard this message. He never states the name of his company or the reason for his call and makes mention of wishing me luck as "this situation unfolds upon me" I had to listen to the message a few times to make out what he said. Very thick Indian accent. I thought it was the indian clerk that I chat with at the local 7 eleven- "Oh thank heaven" I called the number and was able to get a hold of "David Cooper" Jack Brown's supervisor-according to David Jack is his paralegal and there is a lawsuit involving my SS#. When I refused to verify my # over the phone David hung up! I called again to no avail. Be careful Don't give out any info! Lawsuits  are initiated thru certified US mail. Not from Indian weasles over the phone.

I just got that exact same message on my cell phone. And then they called my Job??? How the hell did they get all of this information on me? When I answered the phone at my job they hung up on me. I have looked this number up and it seems it's some big scam this guy is something special! I hope he calls me back really soon because I will be letting him know that I already know what he is up to and I have already conatcted my bank! Good luck to him!!!!

i received a call at 6:15am on 11/12/2011 stating that i or my attorney needed to contact from Mark Davis and to return the call to (951) 582-4825 or 4835 telling me that i owe like anywhere between $400 - $3000 from some payday loan that was never paid off and that there is a lawsuit against me! i immediately checked my bank account and found nothing of the sort and then i checked my email and found nothing either. I told him that if he could not go into detail and explain where these charges came from and how he received my information that i would call the police, the FBI, and the BBB. He tried to rush me off the phone and when i talked to the police a few mins later, he told me that it was a scam and to disregard it. BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL!!! THESE IDIOTS MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT THERE IS INTERNET AND LAW OFFICIALS THAT DEAL WITH THINGS LIKE THIS ON A DAILY BASIS!!!

I received a phone call on 11/11/11 with a guy saying that I was going to have charges pent against me for a payday loan that was deposited in my account back in September I asked question but no positive responsehe couldn't even tell me this transaction took place...it never had been done..so I seemed legal help and they asked for the name & number believe me they won't be calling me again..them dumb ass people its sad that people are really trying to get over during these hardships people are facing right now..
