This is some Indian guy making threats with a heavy accent, so I couldnt understand what the heck he was saying.

Super scam from India. Call the number on off hours. U can access their vmail code 1234#. Listen to all of the others being harassed by these [***]. Some ppl actually paid them and are still being harassed!

They are claiming I owe them 5,484.86 and they know all of my information.The indian guy said he is calling from Steve Williams&Associates Law Firm in Banning,CA and they are representing US Cash America.

asked if I had an attorney and then wouldn't tell me what for. then when I called back it said the voicemail box was full. Stupid people!

Well they called my dads phone first and it was some guy saying his name was alex peterson, then i got a call this morning and this time it was a women and she said her name was....alex peterson,  they had my social but guess what? if my social is worthless to me, cause of credit the worst they could do is improve it. muahahahaha. and they say i am being sued and i am like bull [***]! they haven't served me, i must be served first.

same here they called my work #, very heavy accent, and when I call back vm full, saying my retaining attorney needs to call, otherwise oh well good luck, idiots whatever

Received a call today from a man with a heavy Indian accent from this number 951-582-4838. Told me I was convicted of three crimes and that they need to talk to my attorney. Wouldn't give me any information, but told me to call back the same number and speak to a supervisor. Called back and still received no help. Said they emailed 30 times, and couldn't email again. Wanted me to come to CA with an attorney. When I asked if they could mail me something they put me on hold and then hung up- fortunately they did not have my address. They did have my correct social sec #, email and name.

Just keep calling them back and harass them. I had them begging me not to call anymore. These people make me sick.

Those idiots just called me saying I owe 5000 and need a lawyer I told them I knew they were a scam and cursed him out then he started saying very disturbing sexual things to me I recorded the calls and plan on reporting them to the police hopefully something can be done so no one has to deal with these scum bags ever again

So I got this call today from this 951 582-4838 saying he needs to hear from my lawyer other wise God help me becuase I will be in a lot of trouble. This is not the first time I've been harassed by this heavy English accent people. When they call me I ask them where they get my info and what company is claiming I owe them, most of the time they just hang up but if they go on a head and give me a name of a company and phne number so I can contact them, they usually don't, that's whe I tell them I know they are scamers and I will report them to the CIA and I get rid of them like that. I have reported them in the past not this number but other numbers they use.

report it to your local FBI branch, as I have. Theyre on the case and this will help shut them down even sooner!!!

They called me today and the guy was like oh u have 10 days to come up with the money or it will be taken to court and when I asked what company they were for the were like I'm an attorney and it's against the law for me to give u that information and I was like bull [***] ur definatly not getting ur money from me

I asked where the officer was and he stated it was in CA, then I asked what city it was in and he stated San Deigo County, Corona.

I got a call saying i owed 536.00$.. he couldnt tell me what it was for or where it from. He had a heavy accent and couldn't answer any of my question. Its a scam!

can he do anything with all of your informatino like that? i just recieved the call on my cell phone and at my work, im worried about the fact that they have my information.

Dont be afraid! Thats their angle! Its definitely a scam. Tell them u want everything is writing and to not call u anymore as it is against the law.

This guy call my work phone like 15 times this morning telling me that my case will be processing at 5pm this afternoon if i don't contact him. He told me Yesterday that the case will be procees in the morning now he tell sme in the afternoon.......these ppl need to be stop trying to scare ppl and harrasing them

This guy called me today saying he's calling from so and so and said to give him my attorney information.This guys has all my information just like the rest of everyone here. He said I'm being sued for 5000 dollars from a lending company that he represents. I said how am I getting sued for something I never recieved.He asked me If the money was in my bank account.So this guy has my bank information,social security number,job phone number,email address,home address and home phone number. I recently was online looking for a pay day loan.which was a big mistake because ever since I gave my information to those payday loan sites, I've been getting harrassed by these people.Some of the people that call me claim that I'm able to get up to a 6000 dollar loan thru any western union and that all I have to do is pay a 100 to 600 dollar prossesing fee before they send me the money,others say that Ive won something from a sweepstakes.But this One right here takes the cake,When you start calling me saying that I'm being sued,You have crossed the line and now I fill I have to report these people to the FBI.The guys that call are all indian. They are the type of Indian's that think american people are [***] and can be stepped on all the time. All this is gonna do is make me look at every indian guy like they stole something from me.

I JUST RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE NUMBER 9515824838 THEY SOUND LIKE FORM INDIA OR SOMEWHERE THERE, THEY HVE MOST OF MY INFO. AND THEY BEN HARASSMENT ME, TELLING ME GET A LAWYER,IS A LEGAL TRIAL AND IS A ALLEGATION AGAINS ME, SIMILAR TO THE SAME SAY TO THE OTHER PEOPLE BEEN GETTING THIS PHONE CALLS, WE NEED TO STOP THEM, THEY HAVE ALL OUR INFO, WE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY CAN DO WITH THAT.....

I got a call from the # above.  Guy with heavy accent said 'there are 3 criminal charges against me" told me to call the same # and ask for Sean Woods.  I did and it said 'voicemail is full"  the India guy called me back and asked why i didn't call.  I told him box was full.  I asked him to transfer me and he said he couldn't. Will not tell me what the call is for or the charges.  Very strange.
