    The number belongs to Pacific Loan Solutions. They sent us an official looking letter offering Loan Modification. If you read the letter further it states they have no affiliation with our bank, but at first glance it looks like it's from our bank. They get your info from public records which anyone can do and they have no authority with your loan.  On the letter they don't give their name or location. I called their 800 to get their name. 1-877-597-7779 and asked them not to contact us again.
