porn figure called me and ask me for my so security number as well as my email address drivers license number and a couple of references .this guy is bogus do not respond

guy called say his name was Brian Scott, and im under investigation for a law suit for 3.charges. And they have.am legal understatement..

i also keep getting a phone call from this guy claiming to be from anderson law associates saying that i got a lawsute from a loan company, which i never had a loan from, he told me that they were going to file paperwork with the courts, and i had to pay 198$ from a pre paid card and even gave me a location from where i could get one, good thing i looked th is up first, i have been doing alot of research on these scammers

they called me today I did not answer the message I got was that this is Steven Brown and using Anderson law Associates he even called me at work and said for me to call its the same scam wanting me to call because there is a lawsuit against me . they have my ss# bank account ,references ,emails address he talked very slowly and you can tell his voice is Indian.like he was reading from a script I will never apply for a payday loan on line again.  they are also calling from Ohio cell phone same scam and using this number as well (234) 201-9389 poss sing as kandler and sham law

Yeah.  They sayin' they gonna sue about some loan I never got.  I asked why all the different people calling me were from California.  The gentlemen replied he was Australian.  :)  (totally not an Australian accent)

Called saying it was a legal matter and they had all my info and they were not responsible if I lost my job when they filed against me . He goes by Steve Clark 915-977-1365. He even called my job, and I work for a sheriff's office. When I called back all it did was beep. He has an Indian accent.

I just got the same call. Telling me that i had a lwa suite filed against me as well. When I call back no one answers.

I just got the call pertaining to a lawsuit. I told them never to call me again, and now after reading some of these posts, I'm scared they are going to start calling my employer, who by the way, will not tolerate these types of calls. WHAT do I do?

Have a meeting with your employer. Tell him about the phone call, and refer him to this website to read the comments. Also, there is an article on the www.IC3. gov website (there is an ongoing investigation). This will prove to him that this is a scam so he will not be angry with you. If your company has a security dept., he should call them and have them block the number, or do it himself if he knows how to.

I got a call from this number stating a lawsuit against me and that he has all my info. He continue stating that if I don't return his call or respond to him, he will report me to the crime investigator and to have them come to my work place.  He claim he is Shaun Carter of Anderson Law Offices. He's so full of it. He has an Indian accent.

This guy has been calling me about a lawsuit and threatend me with legal actions. is using a new name but same lawfirm...so i hung up after telling him i had no such thing and he threatend me again so i hung up and he called back again stating now im really in for it...........its going to a highier level. that i'd better watch out for whats next...

I received a call from 951 977 1365 from a guy named Sean Conner. I never understand most of what he said due to the fact that, first of all, he mispronounced my name. Secondly, he sounded like he is calling from Inda. Thirdly, he threatened my future.

Someone keeps calling me from this company leaving messages about taking me to court about a loan I never got. And asked why I didn't pay it back. They said it would be a warrant for my arrest for 3 different charges and they would come to my work place to get me. They called out the last 4 of my s.s#.

I received a call on 8/30 from someone from Anderson Law Associates claiming to be Mike Anderson, an Indian speaking man, who had me on hold for several minutes claiming I was being recorded by the courts. He was yelling and threatening me saying he was sending the police to my work place. When I started to question him he became very upset screaming at me telling me I would be imprisoned by the end of the day and then hung the phone up me. What actions can be taken legally to stop this?

I just got a call from this.SOB's telling that I was been sued for allegedlly comiting fraud while applying for a cash advance loan I just    called them back and gave them a piece of my mind .I was never aproved for such loan and I didn't given false information.They can go too hell.
