    This is either a skip company or a repo company looking for a car. You can bet if you hear from them and you are past due on a car payment you should put your car in the garage until you get it resolved. These guys are pretty lame in their work. I've been a skip tracer for years and would never try to fool anyone using the title " Investigator". What a bunch of bush league morons.
