These guys constanly call my office, I have told them not to call, my coworker told them not to call.  They called my coworker a liar, told them to so-called "get real."  They are calling on a questionable debt that is several years beyond the statue of limitations for my state.  They even leave a message on the general office voice mail that they are trying to reach me to collect a debt.  I consider them to be harassing and certainly don't follow the law in regards to collections.

These people not only call constantly - but they are extremely rude!  My daughter answered my phone and said "no, this isn't her" - and this man yelled at her - "THEN WHY ARE YOU ANSWERING HER PHONE" - this man continued harassing my daughter telling her that she better put me on the phone now, and she had no business answering my phone, you tell your Mom if she'd pay her bills we wouldn't be calling her......RUDE, HARASSING, AND DEFINATELY OUTSIDE OF THE LEGAL LIMITS OF COLLECTIONS!!!!

This company Googled the name of a person who owes debt and has a similar name and they keep calling me claiming I'm him.  The SSN does not match and they have been calling my other family members as well since my name is on the phone bill.  They claim the other numbers were given to them bu the person they are looking for.  If they got a hold of the person they are looking for why are they calling me looking for him???  Very Harrasing!

I'm not him...whoever this rude person was asking for.  He was mean.

My cell number is on the Do Not Call list and I am still getting calls... wasting my time and minutes.... one more to add to blocked numbers....

I filed reports with the better business bureau and the federal trade commission. Very tired of these ignorant rude people thinking they can stomp all over my rights. Next is the attorney general's office in every state I can find they have a presence. Time to fight back. I owe them nothing!

anybody get a toll free number for these scumbags.  keep calling me on a number i have had since 1986, asking for somebody whose name i have never heard.  i really want to call them a dozen times on their dime.

their toll-free number is 866-438-2860.  

if you are not the person they claim to be calling, call them a dozen times for every time they call you.

do not tell them anything.  just demand to talk to the person who called you.  do not give your name, as they do not use real names when making calls.

if you get a recording telling you to leave a message, just put your phone by the television speaker, and let it run for as long as it will allow.

(if you really owe the debt, contact the ORIGINAL creditor if you want to be honest and pay your just debt.   Do NOT deal with these 3rd party collectors.)

This debt was settled years ago in the State of New York. I have proof from the court and a notorized signature on the document. Also have the proof from the Attorney. Not sure who these people got my info but keep harassing me with phone calls.

They call and ask for someone I've never heard of. Probably a debt collector. The did promise to remove my number from their database, so we'll see.
