call everyday and never leave a voicemail, i think its a vacation promotional company.

this number has been calling me for the past 2 weeks. no idea why. who are they? no one is at the other end.

This number keep calling us>  We have asked them to stop

never stop calling - just hang up when I answer.  Day after day.

just keeps calling and my phone is on silent so I haven't even tried to answer.  I don't know what it is.

It's either Caribbean or Ramada, did you go on a Cruise to the Bahamas?

I called the number and went off on them and the lady said "With that attitude your not going to be erased!" I told her the next time she calls I'll have my lawyer call her back.

Someone from this number called me to tell me I owed a balance of $698 for a cruise package I purchased in 2008.  He insisted that I paid a portion of the cruise fee and then ignored his calls for the balance.  Claimed to be with a collection agency trying to collect the balance for Imperial Cruise Lines.  I told him there was no way I would have boughten a cruise with my credit card for that amount of money and hung up on him.  I found the documents for the cruise I did buy and called the reservation line.  I do not owe additional money on this cruise.

After calling us to say that we owed money for a cruise, I VERY EMPHATICALLY told them that we did NOT!  The guy said good-bye and hung up the phone.

Ditto!!!!!!!!!! I continue to get calls weeks on, when I answer no one there and they have the gall to have a chippy voice say "Due to exceptional call volume..."

This number calls my cell several times a day.  No messages and I will not answer an unknown call.  this has been going on for months

So, I have started receiving calls from these clowns... They claimed I owe money, I cut him off, and said no, put me to collections and hung up. I called back to tell the operator to remove me from their call list.

The company are thieves. Fraud artists. They do not have valid claims when calling, period.

continues to call constantly. Harrassing loud voice. TRYING TO SCARE MY ELDERLY MOTHER, REPORTED TO POLICE.

Same here. They claimed I had charged a down payment but never took the cruise or paid the balance. I said I could not afford a cruise, so why would I have paid a downpayment? She said, "Well,
I'll tell you what, forget about it and have a nice day!"

i also got a same call. i paid the money initially and was not able to make it to the trip. now they say tht i owe them more money for the cruise. it is becoming a problem.

I too bought a package in 2009 that I was not able to take. I paid in full too. They called in February and asked if I wanted to pay money to reactivate it, and I said no, and they said they would remove me. They called today and said that I paid over a $1,000 deposit for a trip (I DID NOT) and that I owed the balance and that they were going to put me in collections. When I argued back, he got mad, told me to go to hell, and when I said I wanted a number to call him back, he said All You'll get is a "have a nice day!" and he hung up.

In 2009, they told me I had won I cruise to the Bahamas.......

Pay $200 in taxes and you have 2 years to take the trip.....  Right

I have been harassed for 3 months now  between more money for extensions and now I owe $1000 for the cruise that I purchased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And how rude can they be on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This person calls like once a day for the past month. I finally answered today and a man asked for Michael Jackson. Like seriously. I never been on a cruise or anything you guys are talking about.  My phone says its a florida number. Ive never been or even know anyone there. I live in hamilton ontario. Very strange

These people say that they are from Caribbean Cruise Line  OR Majestic Cruise Line. They called me at a vulnerable time in my life, I had just lost my husband of 38 years. They gave a great sales pitch and I fell for it. It cost me $ 1250. for all inclusive.

I could not go because of illness and I tried to contact them to get my money back. They said that I could sell it to a friend or on ebay.

Afew weeks later they called me again and this time were very rude and said that I had not completely paid for the vacation. I needed to add another $650. I told them 'NO WAY" and then the guy on the line got real nasty and threatened me. He said that I needed to pay this money no matter what, they would take my card number and charge it even if I did not want them to. They did it before I had time to cancel my credit card.

I want my money back. I want to be rid of these people. They called again yesterday. When I told them I was sick and could not travel, there was no offer to return my money, they just said I had broken my contract with them.
