Someone called me from this number, left a message on my machine, didn't say who they were but were trying to get ahold of my neighbor(gave his address in the message) and wanted me to pass along a message to him and even gave a case number. I don't even know this neighbor and he lives a quarter of a mile down the road, not like he's next door. I have never heard of such a thing.

Called and asked me to give my neighbors a message with a reference number, I never heard of a anything like this before.

They are actually called United Collections Bureau.

dont know who this is, but im on the national do not call list, howd they get my number

These idiots have been calling me for over two years harrassing me about the same person ....thankfully my fiance works in a credit bereau and was given some wise words to inform them with to make them stop calling....

This caller contacted a third party for the purpose of debt collection

Don't know how my number was obtained, but when I asked, she said they did a search and I was listed as a relative of the person they were looking for. I, too, am on the Do Not Call registry. This is very upsetting to me since I should not be getting these calls.

A call from 954 236 6083 (United Collections Bureau) for my grandmother whom has been deceast for many years. What is it with these little blood suckers, some large company farming out old debts or what. I know of no debts left by her as they were all taken care of after her passing by her lawyers.

Called and asked for someone I have never heard of-strange as we have had our number for 21 years.

Just got a call from these folks.  Didn't answer and the message they left is for my neighbor across the street.  Why are they calling me?

At 2:36 PM today, got a missed call from this number at my work site.  Caller ID showed "UCB".  The voicemail message didn't identify the organization, only the caller as Mrs. Garcia, and stated the person's name she was trying to reach--I have no idea who that person is--along with an eight-digit reference number and callback number of 877-387-3440, x63616.  A search on this number here also revealed the company as "UCB".  I never directly answer calls from unfamiliar numbers, specially out of state and 1-8## or 1-9## numbers; always let them go to voicemail.

Received the same call, asking me to relay a message to someone in another STATE! wtf!

I too have my # on the national DO NOT CALL list...BUT unfortunately there's a small twist to having your # on that list. As I found out after the fact.
IF you read the fine...very fine print. The GOV. sell those DO NOT CALL list, (x mount of #s per page and they're allowed x amount of pages to buy) to telemarketers...so therefore, the GOV is profiting off that do not call list!  

So if you ever change your #. Do NOT put it on the do not call list. If you do....then you'll see an influx of calls!!

And IF you want to block those calls/texts.  Go online to your cell provider account. And put the #'s in as BLOCKING.  Sprint allows it.

This is a some kind of collection company I dont know why they keeping calling me. I will talk to my lawyer.

Everyone receiving these messages should contact FCC.  They have been calling me for two years and I called them back and after three extensions I was told my number was given to them as a reference. I was told I did not  know these people and they said they would remove my number. So I contacted FCC.

Got a call from this number regarding debt of a friend who I`ve not seen in 2 years.

this number came up on my phone- i  do not know of the number so i did not answer it. who ever it is - i wish i knew how to block it.

Got a call from someone named Latoya Gardner trying to reach someone that wasn't me with a reference number and to call the number 1-800-925-9018, ext. 63678.  Did some searching and it looks to be some kind of collection agency or scam.
