I got home and I found the very tiny and Non official notification card to call "an agent" regarding a legal matter with a "case number". No Name to call,no address,please if you want to send something legal be more professional. Thanks.

Same thing for me.. a little card saying that an agent is trying to contacft the person involved in case# .. and to call their office..  i have no clue.. no name.. no address of who is the person involved in the case# and who the people who left the card is.. only that its a legal matter & i'm not involved in any legal matter. .. think its a scam..

I also found a small card taped to my front door saying to call regarding case # nothing else
no name,or address - i.m upset that they came to my front door to leave this card.

Same thing happened to me when I called the person who answered asked me about the case number I told him the only you gonna get for me is a kick and the behind if I catch you close to my house door , he kept asking can u give me your case number over and over again ,I just hang up on him . It is a scam because if you r involve in any legal matter you receive a letter by mail and not a stupid card with no information ,my advice is to forget about it

I also received a call from this number looking for a couple of people regarding a legal matter. I also think its a scam, every legal matter send you a letter, not a silly phone call

I got the same card on my front door. You said the company is called final notice? So, colletion Co. are coming to our doors now.

Same thing this morning 4th of July, 2012 what a better day to start the morning with a card left on our door stating the same" OUR AGENT ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE PERSON INVOLVED WITH THE CASE NUMBER BELOW CASE #__________  954-267-0935  PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY TO DISCUSS THIS LEGAL MATTER.   I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow as we don't have any debt, our cars are paid off and we have no legal cases. I will contact the BBB if i receive another card without any explanation.

I found that using the word "agent" is prohibited by the laws in florida see from their law:


XXI. UNLAWFUL SYMBOLS OF AUTHORITY
The wearing or displaying of any badge, insignia, emblem,
identification card or uniform which could deceive a reasonable
person into believing that such item is authorized by a law
enforcement agency or the bearer is a law enforcement officer is
prohibited.  Agencies are prohibited from the use of the words
“police”, “patrolman”, “agent”, “sheriff”, “deputy”, “trooper”,
“highway patrol”, “Wildlife Officer”, “Marine Patrol Officer”,
“state attorney”, “public defender”, “marshal”, “constable”, or
“bailiff” when the use of such words or combinations thereof could
deceive a reasonable person into believing that such person is a law
enforcement officer.
Recovery agencies should also be made aware that vehicles
marked in such a color or manner to resemble local law enforcement
agencies may result in a possible violation for misconduct.

Their tow truck drivers are not nice.  They are very rude.  I told the driver that the person they are looking for does not live here and I don't know where they live.  The driver then held his flashlight up to the window of my vehicle and started copying down the VIN #.  He called me a MF SOB after I ask him to leave.

I got home last night to find a small card on my door knocker. The card basically saids to call 954-267-0935 regarding a legal matter and to speak to an agent. Next morning I called the number numerous times and no one answered, I just kept getting voicemail machine. It appears they want the person to leave a message with their case number so they can call back. Do not leave a message!!! This is not official or legit. Appears as a scam. Funny thing is am in law enforcement and I am aware of everything. These people are in for a treat. I hope they read are post, because they are going down!

I hope so, this is bogus. They haven't returned any of my phone calls. I was actually getting nervous causing me to double check everything.

Same as everyone, came home card on door noting "Our agent attempted to contact the person involved with the case number below - and to please call our office immediately to discuss this legal matter". Strange this not idea of the case #. It apparently does not exist.

This is a repo agency called Final Notice. For anyone that thinks this is a scam, clearly doesn't have a brain. The cards they leave are apparently legal.

I just came home with the same stupid card taped to my door. If it's a repo company, they're getting nothing as all of our vehicles are paid for (I have titles for all of them). If it's regarding some othrr debt, then send a letter like legit companies.
