All that shows up on Id  is Florida-   figure its the same bunch of folks trying to get credit card info-so don't answer./  Figure they're just swapping  phone numbers again.

They call me daily.  Usually one time in the morning and a couple times during lunch hour.

Says the are calling from "US Job Assist", and are looking for people who want to make money from home. Typical telemarketing call.

They said the same thing and also said they were going to charge me 1.99.  The guy was an idiot.

I get numerous FL calls.like this daily.  I dont really get why because my credit is excellent so its nit bill collectors

I need my number removed from this caller.  You are calling my work cellphone number.  Caller never leaves a voice mail and when I answer the phone they hang up on me!  STOP!

Got three calls from this number today but never answered... not interested in whoever it is because if I knew them they would be on my calling list - GET RID OF THESE GUYS

I called, it's an answering service, not the company in question.

As mPOLIGHTLY asked if there was a way to have my phone number removed from their call list as it is also registered with the DO NOT Call List.

She said ,"SURE ..... is it the number showing on the caller ID?"

I told her yes, she asked for a name.

I gave her a name, NOT MY own (listen up here!), and asked why a name was needed, or should I just turn in an official FCC COMPLAINT ......

She hung up ...... I used my redial and dialed back four times, costing them the price of the call each time, and found that she had already blocked the caller ID.

I'D do this if I could ..... but, I'll leave it to everyone else to do.

I immediately set my FAX machine to auto dial the number, for the next 24 hours.

AND posted the web site on every hacker's forum on the internet that I knew of.

I figure that it's only right ........ <grin>

Today alone I got 5 calls from this same number, and they call everyday w/o any message. I picked up once about 3 weeks ago, talked to a guy who wanted to sell me a home business investment. I told him I was not interested and let him know also that my phone # is on the "Do Not Call List" nationwide as well as at the state level. Very annoying, at times the call started as early as 8:05 AM at my end in the PST.

This number calls my gf on the daily a few times a day. They dont say anything just call and don't reply. It's [***] annoying.

A young woman just called me saying she was from Job Assist.  When I said that I had made no inquiry, she immediately took on an attitude and said that I had applied on a side bar, giving my phone number.  When I said that I would not have done that, she said I should be more careful on the internet and got mad, raised her voice, called me a [***], and hung up !   I have my cell number on donotcall.gov - why doesn't this work ??  She sounded so desperate and mad when she realized that her call was not getting anywhere - definitely problems with whoever this unbalanced person or company is.  Swearing ?? Really !

Received calls from this number ((954) 282-5490 FL, USA) twice a day for the last couple of days. Missed the calls but was able to answer this time (May 24, 2012 @ 4:54 PM). They asked for me by name and I told them it was me. He said he was calling from US job assist and had recently came across my name as someone who would like to make extra money from home. I told him that his information was incorrect and I had never signed up for anything like that. He said "Ah, ok. Well wouldn't you like to make money every time you or someone else uses a debit/credit card?" I told him I was not interested in his services and to take me off his phone list and stop calling me. He hung up without saying anything else after that.

It's not that they are hanging up on you...It'a an automatic dialing system and if you answer and no rep is available to talk to you it hangs up and calls another number and when it finishes the numbers programmed in, it starts dialing the list all over again.

We keep getting calls from 954-282-5490 from Pompano Beach, Florida. They have been calling several times a day for the past few weeks. They never leave a message, and when I do pick up the phone to answer, no one will respond on the other end, although I can hear muffled voices that sounds like a calling center. When I call the number back to try to see what company it is calling and to have them remove us from their calling list, I get the message: Your call can not be completed as dialed, please check the number and call again. ???  I don't know how they can call me from that number and yet the number can not be called back from my end. Anyway, this is so annoying. I added our home phone and cell phones to the "No Call List" via the internet a year ago, but that hasn't stopped any of these calls from this number along with the many other solicitation calls we get.

Someone calls me from this number on my cell several times a day. Only answered it once, it was someone asking to find out if I wanted to make money from home. Just hang up on this one, have reported the number to Bell.

They keep calling and hanging up! but better business bureau here I come! I also agree about being interrupted for things all the time! I'm tired and They Gonna Learn Today!!!

between 5/24 and 6/8, these fools have called my 23 times. My wife picked up about 3 days ago and they wanted to know if we wanted to make money online and yes told them that we were not interested.  The next time they called I told them that we were not interested, we were on both the state and national 'do not call' list and to please remove our number from their call list.   Then the calls started to get insistent, 3 and 4 calls a day.  We ignored for awhile, until we got tired of their calls and I picked up and told them again that we we not interested and if they persisted, I would call the FCC harassment section.  Then the calls got even more persisted and they called within 5 minutes apart for 3 calls last night and again this morning about 15 minutes ago.  Therefore, they leave no recourse but to file a complaint with the FCC, which I am going to do now as soon as I signoff.

I get calls from this number on a daily basis.  It is annoying and frustrating. I no longer pick up the calls because it is my cell phone and it costs me minutes.
