Calls throughout the day, no one appears to be on the line. I do not know anyone within this area code that could/should be calling

phone calls from this # through out the day.  I don't answer because I dont know anyone from FL but they do not leave a message

I blocked the call.

This number has called me 3 times a day every day for 3 months now.  I never answer. I need to find out how to block a number on a cell phone.

They call but always hang up right as my answering maching beeps so I get a lovely long dial tone message a few times a day.  My caller ID says it's a Deerfield Beach, Florida number.

Called this number back got a vulgar message then said mail box full reported it to Broward County Sheriff in Deerfield Fla. Next move, a drive to Fla.

I keep recieving calls from this jerk, sometimes two-three times a day. This has been going on for about 2 months. They never leave a message and the two times I picked up there was nothing. I called the number back and the voice mail is full. I never heard any obsenities or anything for that matter. It does state it is a "Magic Jack" number and upon calling magic jack they did confirm that, yes it is one of there customers. It would be a good idea for others to call and complain to magic jack regarding this number. I have 954-354-7596 blocked on my phone and the calls are now less and less frequent. It's kind of like it took all the fun out of it for them so they stopped. It's probably some punk dick getting some kind of thrill out of it. Another option is the FCC, who will do something about it. That was my next step but as I said the calls are getting less and less. Hopefully the jerk is reading this.

I don't know about your particular phone. You may find some info in the manual or simply call the maufacturer.

The thing about magic jack is you can register it in say, Florida and then use it where ever you want and the number, of course, still reflects Florida. Somebody could have activated it any where and then sent it as a gift

I think your doing the right thing by not answering after 42 calls. If only you would have thought of this sooner!
