Robo caller -- Global Response is based in Fort Lauderdale.  Based on their website, their business model is built around annoying people with offers for goods and services.  I don't know how I lived so long on this world without their ridiculous offerings.  

Keeps calling early in the morning. sounds like a robocall.

Number comes in as "unavailable" on my house phone.  No-one was given my number & I am on the DNC list.  Only have my home phone to lower cable bill therefore I NEVER ANSWER.

The "DO NOT CALL LIST" is for the solicitors to get your phone number. The "do not call list" is to get everybody's phone numbers then sold to the telemarketers to call people.
