They call me 5 times a day for the past few weeks I don't know how to make them stop. I agreed

It's a credit collector. If you answer or give them any other info they will never leave you alone... Whatever you do, don't give them another one of your phone numbers.

They call almost 10 times in a day 7 days a week

called me at 12:23 pm on 7/16 but left no message

They call me constantly.  Over and over and Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over Over and over...do you think that would annoy a person?

I have filed bankruptcy and already notified this company. Please call my attorney at 713-622-8858.

They keep calling me saying they are Bank of America

they called me too.

They keep calling but always hang up when I answer.
Caller ID says "Card Services".

They called at 8:40 AM -- no message left.  A payment just posted to my Bank of America Card yesterday -- it better not be them!

I was $4,000 under my credit limit of $12,000 when my credit limit was lowered.  When I called the first time the CSR I spoke to agreed to increase my credit limit from $8000 to $10000 because I was a good customer. When I called back after this wasnt reflected on my account, a very rude Bank of America CSR closed my credit card account despite 13 years of on-time payments citing that I had made the minimum payment for the last 6 months, and that the economy was bad.  So, I arranged a payment plan, since they closed the account, and now I am receiving calls from this number despite that my account has never been past due in 13 years and is on monthly direct withdrawal from my bank account. When I called customer service to report it they said that no one should be calling me from this number, that it is a result of the nature of the BOA beast, i.e. the technology in one section is reporting false information to another section. It is no wonder these companies are in such trouble with this type of communication. Good companies dont do this type of thing to good customers.

i've missed two calls from this number, but i do NOT have a bank of america acct.  i'll answer the next time to see what the deal is.

Called yesterday Mar. 13 at 3:30 pm. Said it was Heather and she was looking for Bob. Then they called back last night at 8:30 pm it was Heather looking for Dick.

they have called my number over 5 times today... i use to have a Bank of America acct. but i canceled it about a year ago... who is the caller?

For Jack who posted on 14 mar 2009-----Heather calling for Bob at 3:30 in the afternoon--makes no sense at all ---- but I gotta call you out on "Heather looking for Dick at 8:30 pm----get a clue Jack, invite her over and have a little roll--what the hell's wrong with you !!!!!!

Got a call from this number. It is Bank of America calling about a late credit card payment. I suggest you check out this website BEFORE you answer ANY calls from collection agencies,
