Got a call on my cell but as soon as I answered they hung up.......

they keep calling and hanging up on me to hopefully they will get sued one day for harassment

Who are these people they call and call and hang up

954-582-5359 has called for over a month every 1/2 hr. hang up if I answer. I have reported this to other sites & hope to someday have a resolution to this harassment. I am also on the do not call list....it doesn't seem to work.

This number calls my phone at least twice a day.  They never leave a message.  I have no idea who it is or why they are calling.  When I answer, they hang up.

This phone # keeps calling me, they don't leave a message. I decided to call the #, when I asked who they were they did'nt respond and hung up! I am taking the next step and reporting them.

Try calling 1-877-670-8731 x215 that’s the return call back number this %&*# gave me I called the  Number (no extension)  they answered by the name Health Services)  and told  them that if 954-582-5359 calls any more or any calls from this company calls me I will report it to the FCC the calls have stopped

This # used to call me, hang up, then stopped. If you call it back it,s a non working number. Just started getting calls today again.

I get a dozen calls a day from this number. When I answer they hang up.

They are located on Cypress Hill Road in Florida.
I asked the operator to put me on a do not call list. She said the computer calls automatically and apologized that it hung up. She said it was a malfunction and she would place me on a do not call list.

Then I called 1-888-382-1222 and placed my number on a national do not call registry.

Isn't it against the law to call someone and keep hanging up on them?

I thought so, so i looked up the FCC laws on telemarketing and found out that if a company is using a Dialer, or dialing system, it has to have less than 2% of dropped calls to be run properly/legally. Otherwise that particular company could be fined up to $5,000.00 - for every call!

Well i received 7 calls today all hung up when i answered. Does anyone regulate this industry?

Well, i dug a little deeper with a few friends of mine in this type of business, yet a much higher level, and came to find out that the company that is calling is the following:

I took Tech Junky's advise and called Health Service Providers on their 877-670-8731 toll free number. I spoke with the company president and she explained that they are working with the phone company in their area to try and solve the problem. She assured me my phone number would be removed from their system as soon as we completed our phone conversation. She was very polite and just as frustrated as I at this situation. Time will tell.

they did it to me 4 2 weeks over 80 hangups. the number to call them bacvk is 954-582-5360 everyone send an email to the FCC if this does not work every one can call them and clog up there phone.

Just call them, Health Services 1-877-670-8731 and give them the number that they are calling and tell them you are going to call the FCC.  The operator will take you off the list.

This number has called me every day at least 6 or 7 times and when you answer and say hello they hang up the phone.

I just called the number I found on the internet that is responsible for calling me several times a day with no one on the other end.  This is a scam health insurance company that has a "clitch" in their computer system.  This place needs to be shut down.  The insurance they are selling is a scam and they are disrupting and harrassing private citizens.  This should be or probably is unlawful.

I've reported them to the FCC twice and they still continue to call.  Hope someone manages to find out who they are and shut them down!

Health Service at this number has called me every day since March 25.  I decided I did not want this insurance and they had told me the cut off date for this insurance was Mar. 25 if I decided I wanted it.  So since then I have received a call every day at least 4-5 times a day.  If I answer they they hang up.  Before they hang up I told them not to call anymore.  Yesterday I received 5 calls, the day before 5 calls, which I decide to write times down starting o010n 6-03-2.  My phone block number will not allow me to block their number for some reason...windstream phone company can't figure out why I can't block them.
