They call over and over again with a message saying "this is a rare opportunity to have your business on the front page of google, yahoo, bing..."  At the end of the message, they say press 1 to hear more or 2 to be taken off the list.  I've pressed 2 multiple times, and have not been taken off the list.  Then, if you call back the number, another recording says all agents are busy.

Tired of it & want them to end their scummy business practices immediately.

Called our office. We are on the DO NOT CALL list. Who ever they are better watch out. Call here one more time and they will be reported to the BBB.

I too am sick of these calls, not only by this company but by all of them. All I can think of is a law suit!! Would you happen to be in PA?  Want to get together and sue tears companies for the cash they are costing us by disrupting our business?? I'm told the do not call list can not be enforced for businesses so isn't it time we do something for ourselves????

He said he was calling from Google with the "rare opportunity." Google is busy making millions by getting people to click on things. They would never waste time calling anyone, let alone me, to offer me something special. This is an obvious hoax.
Do not get mad. Feel sorry. There are people taking up jobs where all they have to do is to lie on the phone.

Like everyone else here I am getting calls from this same number.  And I am on the Do Not Call List. Etc

Suggestion

If each person who reads this goes and posts notices on as many of these "REPORT" websites suggesting that people contact Google and complain that this company is frauduently using their name and calling numbers that are not on the do not call list.  And then contacts Google themselves to report it.  Maybe we can get Google to sue them.

Why take up our time with lawyers when we can get Google's lawyers to do it for us.

and yes..if they search local, you will get on front page ~ OF GOOGLE places
not googles generic search . .. that takes a whole lot more work and planning

I just got a call and called them back when they did not leave a message. There was a recording saying they had purchased a bunch of peoples personal information and I could do the same if I would leave my name, number, credit card information, bank routing number and a bunch of other crap. I basically gave them the third degree in the voicemail. I left only my phone number and told them to remove me from their call list and to never ever call me again or I would be reporting them. I have been getting A LOT of calls like this on my cell phone lately. Would be nice if the Do Not Call List actually worked!!!

I've gotten the Google calls before too but today they told me we could qualify for government funding for small businesses. Of course there was no opt out option so I chose the more information option but when I told her that I wanted information on getting them to remove our number from their calling list she just hung up on me. I called the number back and got a recorded message about buying personal identities acquired from Playstation by leaving my banking and credit card information. Not very bright scammers are they?

These people call and it is a call center. I asked for the guys name and he said my wifes first name, during his speel he mentioned merchant services. I called the number back and the recording said they purchased personal identities from someone selling sony playstations. If a person wanted they could also purchase it by leaving their credit card info. I think this was a tactic to keep people from looking into their operation. 954-606-6558 Scam - I asked for his name and what was his companies name and he hung up on me. Obviously they are intimidated by an educated person who gathers their information.

The Caller ID is spoofed, since it shows  "Fort Lauderd FL" instead of the real company name.

Called today with a prerecorded message about getting a "Merchant Stimulus Grant." Since pressing 2 doesn't do any good, I pressed 1 to talk to a person. When she picked up, she asked if I was interested in Merchant Incentive Funding. Totally different thing. When I asked what company she represented, she said she had a hard time hearing me. When I again asked what company she was with, she said the call was breaking up. I then told her to take me off the list, and hung up. It won't do any good.

Just answering the call, either live or via voicemail, proves that it's a live number.  Pressing 2 just proves that it's not just a voicemail number, but that a live person answers. Either way, it just means they'll keep you on the list, and sell your number to others.

This number called me today. Did not answer and glad I did not. F these people. Get a real job like the 1%

This number calls my place of business on a regular basis...I answer and the line hangs up without any response after a few seconds... Clearly a scam call and a royal pain in the butt. So much for the do not call lists.

Same as the rest, called offering front page services, hitting 2 to get off the call list does nothing and I'm registered on Do-not-call list.  Says "Florida Call" on ID, who knows.  They're aching for a breaking!
