Called my cewll this morning and did not leave a messsage but I don't go to any eye doctors...

On average I receive three calls a day from this number.  The only message left on my answering machine is Hello, Hello, Hello.

I'm getting a call from it a few times a day for a few weeks.  There are no messages left so I'm not inclined to answer.  It's creeping me out.

Has anyone here used Lenscrafters, 1800 Contacts, or selectspecs.com??  The lady I actually spoke with told me she was calling on behalf of a doctor I went to at Lenscrafters.  When I called the doctor, they didn't know why someone would call me but that they would look into it.  These companies are the only 3 that would know that I go to that doctor.

I also keep getting this number on my missed call list. Four times in the last 24 hours. Is there anything we can do about this? I called it back and it was just an answering machine about an eye care line. I don't use this ever. And it's calling from Florida!

rec'd 4 calls from this number within the lunch hour. called back, heard message to leave name to be removed from call list. who owns this number?

got 6 calls from this number in the last 3 days as well.  never answered and they have not left messages.  really annoying.

Keep getting calls and the message is always "hello, hello, hello? is anyone on the line?"
Called # back and there's a message saying to leave your name and # to be put on their do not call list.

I get calls from this number three times a day several days a week.  I am a Lenscrafters customer but they have my home phone number on file and this number is calling my cell.

Is there any way to block the number?

Calls to my cell for 3 - 4 weeks.  Sometimes 2 or more per day.  Always 4 or more per week.  Never pick up, I never call back.  I do have an eye doctor whose office is in a LensCrafters store, but he has a direct line in area code 904 (NE Florida).

If you call the number, you can be added to their DO NOT CALL list.  You must leave your name and phone number.  Then they are legally required to stop calling.

i just got this call during my 6th hour and i dont know who it is

This number began phoning me the day after of my eye exam at a lenscrafters. They were phoning 3-4 times a day without leaving a message. Finally I answered a call after about a week and they told me that I was 'due' to bok an exam. I quickly asked who they truly were as I had just had an exam, and she told me that I hadn't. The conversation got heated and I told her never to phone me again. I haven't had any more calls from them since but now, a couple of weeks later, I am getting calls from another strange number that has been documented to be another solicitor at 249-275-8042.

I received a call as well. In addition, I recently purchased glasses from Lens Crafters. As a former fraud/identity theft investigator, I suggest filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC...especially if you registered cell/land line numbers with the FTC's "do-not-call" list.
