this is transcontinental warranty there office number is 888-998-9893 ran by chris cowart and chris sagnelli and josh decker they are all criminals DO NOT buy from these guys they are a serious scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! they need to be arrested from the violent messages and horrible business they are practicing please please please be warned they are a bogus ripoff pretend company

They call my phone regularly.  They also call cell phones.  When are these creeps going to be shut down?

They have called repeatedly with alternating offers of automotive warranty and credit card debt/interest offers.  I am on th e national DNC list and also asked these people several times to stop calling me.  Today the person was verbally abusive and threatening.  When I hung up he kept calling back.  Other numbers they have called from are 561-784-9844 and 850-432-3928

We received a call from someone acting like they were from BMW. They asked about our car and asked if we had gotten it serviced regularly. They wanted to know how many miles and then told us our warranty was about to expire. They would extend it to 75,000 miles for $3400  We asked to call them back and they said no, they could only call us!

954745000 keeps calling my cell and hanging up

I had a missed call on my cell phone from this number.  I've recently been receiving messages from an auto warrenty.  I pressed "1" for "remove from the list" but they keep calling my work cell phone.  I don't even know how they got the number.

Just received a call and let it go to VM.  They did not leave a message.  I will make sure I don't answer.  Glad to know that it is a scam.

Just got a call from them today (954-745-0000.) A lady said she was with my "vehicle warrentee coverage" for my 2006 Mitsubishi eclipse. she said "It is about to expire or it has expired" so I asked what the exact milage that is showed there for it to expire and she said "Oh, its already expired poof, gone, you'd have to pay everything" That is a bunch of crap because my Manufacturer warrenty is 5yr/60K basic and 10yr/100k powertrain. I just hung up on her at that point.

I'm sending this to everybody who is concerned and wants to see the end of this company.I'm willing to work with anybody or official who wants to investigate this company and shut it down unfortunately I have to keep myself anonymous for my safety because these guys are capable of anything.A lot of things are going on at that place: drug use, credit card fraud and they just hire anybody that comes through the door most of the current employees are convicted felons from a work release program, these criminals make up about 80% of their workforce. There was a poster here who described a lot of things that were going on over there right on target
Joshua Decker is the general manager and he recently had to take leave from work for about 3 days because of cocaine abuse
Chris Sagnelli is the VP and also part owner of the company he smokes weed and snorts cocaine right in the parking lot, they had this girl in customer service whose name was aretha moodie she was their drug dealer but they got rid of her about a month ago. Our sales tactics are very unethical  and illegal I'm surprised they haven't shut this place down yet I guess you people are not complaining enough to the right authorities.
Michael Massaro is one of the sales managers and he is also a convicted felon, you have all these guys Phillip Strand who is currently on house arrest is also a manager, Edward Zeff, James Dryden, Andrew all these guys are a bunch of crooks and they should all be arrested, the worst thing is the owners are having sex with a lot of the female employees that's how they get pay raises and promotions. drugs are everywhere, people are being scammed on a daily basis,these people should be stopped before it's too late. I urged everybody to call the FTC and complain or the attorney general

I am in MN and I get calls regularly from this number on my cell phoneand whenever I pick up, they hang up.  How can we get them to stop?!?!  Thanks for the heads up!!!

They keep calling and calling...told them to stop but they keep calling. Finally told the guy we sold the car. He said congrats on the new car and hung up. How do they know what kind of car you have??

Well they got my number and nobody is on the other line.  They don't leave a message at any time, and as others have stated they do not honor the do not call list.

Ok for s*&?'s and giggles I tried calling it back.  How ironic it is no longer in service or has been disconnected.  How does a number that calls you 5 to 10 minutes earlier, as well as daily, suddenly become disconnected?

I purchased a warranty from Transcontinental in December of 2008..Last month
my airconditioning unit was completely replaced at my local Mercedes dealer
all I had to pay was a $100 deductible...This warranty saved me over $2800

I live in new york, I purchased a warranty from Transcontinental Feb.of 2008.
the sales rep told me that they were NOT General Motors but were an agent for several administrators that supplied service contracts...I had 22000 miles on my Surburban at the time. but my 3 years were expired...I paid about $2900 for the warranty with a zero deductable. I financed the warranty through Mepco ( some finance company in chicago )... I got a 5 year 100,000 mile service contract. the administrator is WARRANTECH....anyway i have had 3 claims so far and all were paid...at my local Chevy dealership...... a power window $490 June08.........engine computer Jan 09 $1900...
and a sensor a couple of weeks ago $190...my warranty is still valid till feb 2013 .... GOOD WARRANTY!!!

This Aretha their talking about I know nothing of I had her in my office for 5years and never experienced this character who these people are talking about she's hardworking ambitious and takes cares of her mother from what I see and hear
