Calls leaves message that I must return call.  No other word why or who they have attempted to call.

Call my cell. Leaves garbled msg to call. I called back and got "accounts receivable management inc"

This person called my house phone saying they want to talk to my Mom. They said give me a call back today and didn't give me a reason.

i got a call from this number juz leaving a name n number to call asap, no other info. i looked it up online and is a collection agency named accounts receivable management inc (ARM)

I too received a call my this number.  When I answered the phone there was a recording telling me to hold on for the available representative.  When the "representative" came on, I could barely understand a word she was saying.  It sounded like she was speaking in the middle of wind tunnel.  I kept asking her who she worked for and why she was calling.  I could only understand something receivables.  I asked her again who she worked for and what she wanted.  Still could not understand a thing.  I simply told her that I could not understand and could hardly hear her and hung up.

Stupid [***] Bill Collectors!!

Yes, ARM (Accounts Receivable Management) is a Bill Collector.  My bill turns out to be a hospital bill for around $30 for a service I had 3 years ago.  No wonder they could not find me to pay it..?..it was 3 years ago!  They do not have a very good phone system I too find that they sound terrible.   It may be part of their bill collector tactic.  Good Luck everyone...

I got a call from this company.  I ignored calling them back.  This is a debt collection named ARM- Accounts Receivable Management Inc.  Complain to the donotcall.com I owe no debt !

Got a message on my cell phone that was completely unintelligible, totally garbled. Bizarre.

Maybe she wanted to "AXK" you something.

Undecipherable message received from this unknown caller

I'd been getting called from this number pretty early in the morning, like before 8am and on Saturdays! I don't answer strange calls before noon, gotta get my brain awake. I got the same garbled messages from a Mrs Sanchez. I tried to call back and they asked me for my account number... I have no idea who's calling me so how do I know my acct number???? After giving the lady my 2 married names and nothing came up, I gave her my maiden name (over 20 years ago) and an old hospital bill came up!!!! How the hell did they track me down?!? And the best part is that it was for $18!!!! Wowwwww!!!!

I received a call from this number and after identifying myself as the person they were looking for, I was told that I had a balance of $38 due to a hospital that I had never been to.  After some back and forth, I offered to buy the representative a pizza and a six pack of beer if she would kindly remove my name from the list and promise not to call back again.  She then responded that she was interested in the pizza but asked if I could add a dozen garlic rolls, a side of penne arabiatta and a house salad with a balsamic vinagrette. I think she thought that  I run an Italian restaurant --- which I don't --- and then asked me to deliver it to her office in Hollywood.  When I advised her that there would be a delivery charge of $5, she changed her order and asked me to please hold off on the tomato sauce since she likes her pizza with cheese only and mushrooms as well.  This was one insane conversation.

It's ARM.  They are a bully debt collector firm that hospitals sell their A/R to.  They treat you like you are a dead beat from the start.  I have refused their calls for 2yrs now and pay the bill directly to the hospital, which was the agreement from the beginning.  Nice of the hospital, right?

Called 3 Times in a row I answered on the third ring and they hung up immediately
