looked up number it comes back as a cell phone, if you you can call the F.B.I. AND F.T.C. and give them the number and what they have told you I have got this type of call before.

you can have a lot of fun with the persons call from this number, just post a ad on c/l for a free itm. then use thir number as the call number or I like to call them and f*** with them they have blocked my number one time.

"Atty" Michael Smith...says if me or my attorney don't call back then all he can do is wish me good luck an see me in court.  No idea what they want, no case number referred, no company name........what a crock.  If a legitimate collector wanted you to respond, wouldn't they give you real information!

i got the same call.  i'm filing compliant right now with the florida states attorney's office now.  What is very upsetting is he had my SS#.  These people need to be stopped.  You can go to the state attorney's office of florida on line and file a compliant.

I got a couple of these calls and after checking it out on here, I didn't worry about it BC I knew it was a scam. But NOW, they've started calling relatives looking for me, making empty threats to them as well.. now I am REALLY PISSED!!!!! I've explained to my relatives, even showed them this website but its upsetting even tho they know its a scam. HOW CAN THEY BE STOPPED??????

I got the same call as you did dc. We called our bankruptcy attorney, as we filed bankruptcy a couple of years ago. The attorney sent them a letter and also called them. They have been doing this to my sons and my daughter-in-law. I don't know how they can be stopped but my attorney is getting another call about it. I'm tired of them harassing my husband, sons and daughter-in-law. If you can find out how to stop them I'd appreciate the info. Thanks

this Number has been contacting me for over 2 years in regards to Patricia Taylor.  I received my current number 2 years ago and this number is calling daily.  I have spoken to the attorney that calls, and he stated my number will be removed from the list.  It has not happened yet.

Very unprofessional people.  At first they had me. Now they are being very annoying.

I got a called from this number as well, got very upset when I sad if you call this number again I will contact th proper authority. I had to inform my relatives and my place of employment, because they tried to call them as well.

I had gotten these calls ALOT of time, I made the mistake of even sending them money cuz I didn't know what to do, now I just ignore the calls but even tho I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, how can I keep them from callin my phone w/o feelin scared to even pick up the phone??

they call and represent themselves as attorneys like Ryan Taylor or Ron Adams but they have a heavy mid eastern accent, best I can find out is they purchased charge off debt from online payday loans and are trying to collect any money what so ever. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

called my cell and my house never would tell me what the charge was or what the case was about just said i needed to have my attorny call them or i was going to be behind bars sorry to say I work for a sheriff department when i told them this they hung up then called back and cursed me out

This number calls and the person (Ronnie Wilson)or(David Thomas) states that they are a Florida State Attorney and that you are being investigated by the state attorney for an unpaid loan and if you don't make payment immediately you will be arrested with in the hour. This person has your Social Security number and place of employment phone number, which he calls. With in the past few months many people have incountered these same harrassing phone calls. If you google the phone number you will find a forum of comments on this subject.
