Call from Point Bank saying my debit card was locked. I don't have a debit card from Point Bank.

Several calls from this number to our business and cell phones.   Recorded message from Hanscom Credit union saying debit card was locked and if I want to restore it to press 1

We also received a call from the phone number 954 905 2877 saying our debit account was blocked.  I called back the number and a recording came on offering phone numbers for "Fidelity" and "Victory".  Just another scam among many!!!

Yep, it's a scam.  I just got the same call about my credit card being blocked.  I called back and got a recording

Just got a call from this same number, with automated voice recording saying my debit card had been blocked.  I did press "1" to see if I'd get a live human on the other end, but no.  So, I looked up the company that the recording said they were from "Security Federal Savings Bank" on the Internet and called them in Indiana at 574-722-6261.  She receptionist said it was a scam and asked if I gave out any information, and no, I had not, and don't have an acct with them either.  She took my name to pass on to the security officer.

Got this call myself....hung up after they wanted my card number!

Same scam as above happened to me. I hung up and called back and got a message about some bank I don't belong to and fidelity.

Just got a call from this number saying my debit card from a local credit union was blocked.  

Only thing is, like most everyone else here, I don't have an account with that credit union.

Yep, looks like a scam.

There are just to many lazy people in this world. I got the same call asking for my credit card number. Really, get a life and work like the rest of us!!!! Be careful to all!!!!!

yep same thing only at 2:40 AM................. now I'm up and looking for revenge

I got a call from this number around 2:00am so I was a tad confused.  In the morning I recalled they wanted me to have my debit card and account ready, and I was too tired thus I hung up.  I called back the number given to me and spoke with a customer representative, and the company was an entirely different company... some Insurance Co. perhaps.  

Another scam, how thrilling.  On Monday I will contact my bank to ensure all is well.

I just received a call from this same number 8:16 a.m. on Aug. 15.  They asked for my account so I hung up because bank said they never will ask that when they call.

we just got the same call from another number 202-375-500. saying the same thing.

The voice response unit said I should press 1 to be connected to our security department. Since it shows as Unknown on caller-id I let the voice mail answer, but stopped recording once I heard that. They called on a Sunday before 8;00 AM.

Same story.  The scam is still running.  Also, don't blame the bank/credit union that the call says it is from either.  They are being scammed by the use of their name.  Come to think of it, that is probably a violation of copywrite laws too,  not that it matters to the low life running the scam.

I work for a credit union in central Va. Many of our members have called and asked about it.

This number is a scam - do not give out your information.

The scammer is calling in MA now.
