Please stop calling my home and cell phone.  This is harassment. I don't have any fraudulent activity associated with my ssn. Some one is trying to take out a loan with my information.  If the problem persists I will report you to the federal credit bureau.

I keep getti g different number with the same recording on fraud charges. I have not used that name in 4 years. I want it stop

I finally got someone to answer this number today. I had multiple previous calls with the same message from DC. I refused to identify myself via name but gave them the case number left on my phone. They asked if I was Dorthy Toone and said they would quit calling as I am not. We'll see if that happens. The person on the line identified herself as Holly and said she was from the data information center for Goldman and Associates.

These people are calling from different numbers.

Report them to the FBI and your state attorney general, and the Federal trade commission, because what they are doing is against federal law. The law says they can not contact you about another consumer debt, tell you that you are going to be arrested, or threaten legal action against you, because under the law you can file legal action against them for damages , think it is $1,000.00 per violation but I could be wrong about the amount that is why you need consult an attorney when you do sue them.

I hate this fraudulent calls. Can someone stop them?

Getting the same call from area code 202, 954 & 814 - all stating that I will be served at my work place or home for fraudulent charges against my name and social security number. The voicemail recording was in 3 parts, so you could tell it was pieced together. They call my cell and my workplace. This has been going on for months now.

I received a call yesterday, when I tried to call back there was no answer. I called back this morning asking for an address and collection agency number for my "lawyer". After asking several times, the person just hung up on me. I called back and Lisa Jones answered. She stated that she was from Goldman and Associates and required I validate info before she would give me the address. The address she gave is 1750 Hwy 160 W. Suite 101, Fort Neal, SC 29208. This is apparently for a loan taken out with Anasazi LLC. I have paid off these payday loans MULTIPLE times. When I denied the information she had, she said she would be sending out a locator to find and serve me within 24 hours. Good luck on that.

They must be real busy today/ Told me the same stuff. I was getting served. If you are getting served they don't call you first. They have been calling all day from different numbers. At 9:00 AM they started. A women called and said if I don't call back 954-919-1945. I will get served after 6:00 PM. Same people same BS. It was from a loan through Anasazi LLC. . These people are scum. They have no legal right in my state. Actually what they are doing is extortion. But good luck getting your local police involved. DON"T PAY them a cent.  They are just trying to scare you. Block their number and report it to the Feds.

I called the Iowa Attorneys General and they said it was a scam. They for one would NEVER call to tell you that. Two they are always going to send you mail. That is how they do things. This lady said her name was Mary. I have never taken a payday loan out.

I got a call from 9542006932 and they called my dad. They got access to your family info. They were fussinh at him and left a message on his phone for me to call 9549191945 gave me a case number of NWA48556. I looked it up on the ft. Lauderdale publics records and resulted 0 search records. Plus the idiots addressed me by my married name. I been divorced for 5 years.... I called the number and it said the party you're trying to reach us not available at this time please leave a message.....THESE IDIOTS MUST BE STOPPED!!!!!

They call but don't leave messages. Then when you call it say, the party you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message. They called me from 9542006932 but ask me to call them back at 9549191945.....fishy....Crazier thing is the addressed me by a name I haven't used in over 6 years then they have my father's number but left info for me on his voicemail.....and fussed at him when he did answer.
