My cell phone was stolen in Delhi. and a SMS was sent to this number(+919560345888) from my cell phone. Can i get the details.

Same with me my phone is stolen and I am able to see this number 9560345888 in sent sms. I came to know that when the phone (Samsung) is factory reset, it automatically sends a sms to this number. Now I am wondering how to track the theft?

Often my sumsang cell phone has sent a message to this number. But it occurs when i reset the phone.
