I keep rec'ing calls from this number and it ties up my phone line when it goes to voice mail.  At least three times a day.

I get at least two calling from 956 area code on my 800 number, they just call and dont answer the phone, might be just automated to use the 800 minutes and increase your monthly bill

I purchased an 800 number from ring central and the PBX appears to be pre-exploited.  I get nothing but nuisance calls and wrong numbers. (956) 440-8211 is a company out of Harlington Texas and it gives a fast busy when you call back.   It's to the point that I ignore my business line and then become surprised to learn I missed an actual business call.  The numbers all come out of (956) 440- area code.  As soon as I block one, they call with another, but always (956) 440-xxxx.
