i got call from this number saying that they r calling from delhi high court and case is registered against me. they told that i need to pay 25,000 to tata indicom..other wise i need to come to court..
i dont know wat to do..

got a call from 9582509437 definitely a fraud call, people please beware. Will say that calling from consumer court/high court/ or whatever please don't fall for it

I got a call from this number, a lady on the other side very rude said a complaint has been registered in the consumer court and we have to pay 10000/- and settle the mater.
were do we file a complaint against these kind of trouble maker.

I got a call stating the same twice , i think it is a fraud, I am not sure where to file a complaint against this fraud but be ware  people don't get fooled , don't show any weakness , be calm and ask the person calling you  to meet u personally, I am sure he will disconnect immediately ..

THIS GUY HAD CALLED ME and said to pay Ts 1,00,000/- and i said ok I will pay.I met him in New Delhi and I met him, had threatened him that I will file a police complaint and collected Rs 10,000 from him. Had a good liquor party.

I got a call stating that he is calling from Consumer's Forum and a case is registered against me with case no 175/12 and he also stated that he is calling from Information Department of Consumer's Forum. He says that I need to contact Mr J Rana an advocate of Delhi. He is giving the address of the advocate instead of giving the details of the case. He also denied to give the details of the case. He also says that the case is transferred from Hyderabad Court. This second time I got such a call. Friends I presume that it is a fake call. Friends beware.

9582509437-- I got a call from this number today, its the same case as Mr "PAPARAO K" explained above.. its a completed fraud call. He will not show any interest in giving the info of the case and about the case logger. His main motive is to contact the lawyer whom he is referring.

So friends, its a next level of fraud & fraudster, which will target the human behavioral.. the people who has no details about the law system and how it functions will defiantly come into their trap.

I also got the same kind of call from delhi and she told me to contact some advocate and provided a number. please beware and don't answer these fake calls

Today I got the same call for 3 times, as i did not answered the 1st and 2nd. the lady was very rude and she was about to transfer my call to a lawyer instead of giving me the case details. I thought it is a fraud call.

I have got call two times saying the same thing that a case has been registered against me and i need to contact some lawyer. Both the time he has given me different case number and different advocate who he had asked me to call and check about the case. I presume its all fake , if anyone has any info on this please share

She wanted me to call 08447809164 Jaswat Rana,a lawyer according to her,who has my case details.
I called him. He says I should pay a due bill of 2600 Rs. What the hell.!
She called again asking if i called. I said i did. Confused what to do.!!!

Even I am getting similar calls from the number 9582509437 saying they are calling from Information section of consumer court.  They are unable to provide any details on the case by give the contact of some Jaswant Rana to get details on the case.  This is regarding a photon connection which was disconnected 2 years back.  Pls call me on 9986708110 to discuss.
