I got call from this no +9609828033 18.01.2017 & 19.01.2017 both day, Maldives

This number is came about 2 or 3 time at night 12.16 am..

My mother got call from her network customer care saying she need to pay the pending bill amount 2500, I was really shocked as my mom mobile is a very basic model which has no internet options and we use that phone only to the CUG numbers. When I called the customer care, to cross check they told me on Jan-10-2017 and Jan-17-2017 there was ISD call done to the numbers  9609828033 & 9607896304. I came to know only on that time that my mother mobile has ISD call option. I am checking with the mobile network to way off the amount. Please aware of these number.
