The above phone number is lined to Qwest Corporation. They attempt to scam people out of sensitive credit card info. They use an automated system and leave pre-recorded messages telling consumers to call them regarding their credit card accounts. This is not the first time they've called - I consistently hang up on them.

They keep on calling and offering lower rates.

Cant call them back.  They only can call me to sell stupid sh#@!!!

Don't answer a number you don't recognize, especially an area code you don't recognize.

This number just called me, I called it back because in honesty I am waiting on a call from CO. It has a message on that says it cant be called. Where do these people find our numbers?

they don't get your specific number.  They use automatic dialing which just goes down the numbers from 1 to 99999999.  They are not calling you - just anyone.

Annoyed guy is right. I questioned the lady I eventually got to. She was rude and yelling at me. After a few questions she got mad and asks, "What do you think this call is about then?!" - I say, "I think it is a scam". She says, "You guessed right" then hung up on me! Swear to god. No lie.

Redialed, and message says "We're sorry, you have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service".

I tried to report this to the FCC...but I can't...the FCC is shut down due to the govt problems.

I didn't recognize the number calling and did not answer. The caller left no message.

They wont stop calling me and I have asked several times on my cell phone and home phone to stop calling me and they will not

I just got the call too and i answered and no one there and they hung up. called back and says "We're sorry, you have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service". Blocked callers list on cell phone it goes :D

Received call from (970) 968-0780, but did not answer it.

Recieved a call, I didnt answer.

I tried calling back and got, "We're sorry this line has been disconnected..."

Answered the phone when this number called.  Pretended to go along with their scam.  They asked for credit card information so they could see if I qualified for lower interest rate.  When I told them I didn't have credit card on me, they said they couldn't help me then and hung up.

Someone needs to do something about these people.  They are committing a federal crime!!
