I am a Canadian, why would you call me with a bogus political survey for US offering a free vaction if you
participate. It is a phising scam to get credit card numbers.
Wish the Can amd Us gov't would get their act together and shut these buggers down for good

Got a call. I actually answered this time. Some stupid recorded message about wanting my political opinion...... Hello I'm Canadian I don't give a rats a** about US politics!! (well maybe a little) Call blocked baby!!

This number keeps calling and I want them to stop.

Funny though when you call them back....you get a message that says "Sorry...this number is temporarily unavailable."

This number has called repeatedly late afternoon.  Never anyone on the line.  When you call them, Bell Canada message says this is an invalid number.  Canadian operator confirms what others say, Oregon number, likely robo dialed so it doesn't take calls. Getting tired of them.

At least it's not the thieves in KW who call to see who is home, then break into your home if you're not.

Pretty sure this number has called me several times before. Makes me wonder if there's anyone dumb enough to actually fall for these scams! :-p

BEWARE!!! 971-208-99663.  They are crooks that pretend doing a political opinion survey.  Beware!!!  There are big time sharks.  They make you believe that you will winn a boat Cruise.  The only thing they want is to steal your identy, and get your credit card number, etc.  BEWARE!!!!!!!  They are bandits.  
The problem, even if you plock their phone number, they will use a different one in a couple of days and phone you again.

These cruises are provided by Celebration Cruise Lines. These scumbags masquerade as a political organization to get past the TCPA, the FTC and FCC. They call, try to get you to take a ” political survey” so they can try and sell you a cruise.

Beware!!!  Sharks!  Crooks!  Scumbags from Celebration Cruise Lines trying to sell you a Carribean Cruise.  Their trick is to make you believe that you are answering to a Political Opinion survey but in reality the only thing they want is to get your credit card number and suck you inn for a boatcruise at a high price.

Why is this person calling my cell phone. I don't know them. I don't answer any call with whom I don't know the number and especially on this cell, it is strickly for one party calling only.

Thanks for all the comments!  I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the area or number.  Had the same pitch you have mentioned, a few days ago, on my land line.  Just hung up. Today, the call came to my tracfone. Didn't answer this time.  I'm angry and annoyed.

I get calls frequently in Vancouver from this number.  Never anybody on the line when I answer.  At least it's good to know it's just a scammer, and nothing important.

Received call a few minutes ago (July 12, 2012 @ 8:03PM Eastern time) and IND SUR GROUP appeared in the display.  We have gotten so many calls from IND SUR GROUP, but most are different numbers (some even different area codes), some are from landlines while others mobile (this one is a mobile phone).  From what I've seen reported on this number and other numbers IND SUR GROUP uses, they are a SCAM.  I don't even answer these calls anymore, or any call in which I don't recognize the number or calls in which no number appears in the display.  We are on the Do Not Call list and most legitimate companies or callers respect that, anyone else is up to no damned good.

I also received a call from somebody named Anne claiming to be doing a survey. Suckers are offered a chance to win a 2-week cruise to the Bahamas. I became fed up and pressed the * key repeatedly for a minute. I've complained to my member of Parliament but I got the usual line about the Do Not Call list. Why can't the RCMP track down these con artists?
