This is a cell phone in Salem  Oregon

Just called me in Toronto!

Just called me in Winnipeg. Ignored it.

Ignored, no message left, I refuse to answer any calls that I don't know anymore!!

London - just called - no ID showing - therefore didn't answer

Did not respond. It was a political call. I have received 4 calls from them that I know of. The 1st was 1-206-496-0962, the 2nd was 1-971-208-9960, the 3rd was 1-360-474-3960.
Will they never end?

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in apparent violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

STOP CALLING US OR I WILL REPORT YOU
I was trying to sleep and it woke me up it phones at random hours daily and when I picked up there is no one there

Does not respond when I answered the call.  Has happened from this number before.

Phoned around supper time. Did not answer phone. They would not leave amessage or name.
