- KelThey just called me but didn't leave a message.
- PTThey've called several times and not left a message, and a few times I've picked up and there isn't anyone there. I call back and it whistles like a fax number. Odd.
- SueI answered the call and got a female voice saying "Hi. We're calling about your credit rating." Needless to say I was already suspicious, so I hung up.
- Caller: Lower Interest
- AnonymI just got call from this phone number971-217-9515, they don't want to spoke. they only listen to your voice ain't said anything. it's very suspicious call. we need to stop these SOB's.

- Disgusted971-217-9515 Lower Interest calls several times during the day/early evening. Start off by saying he is calling about a Verizon Wireless account. You can hear other telemarketers talking in the background. Another woman is also listening in and talks back with dumb remarks when I don't respond to the first guy. Hang up.
- Caller: Lower Interest
- Call type: Telemarketer
- LizTelemarketing company wanting to lower interest rates on credit cards. SCAM! They try to get personal info. Don't fall for this.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- MarieI am sick of receiving phone calls from this telephone number - they continually call and I have no idea who it is or what it is for. The message is never understandable because it cuts off - it is just a computer message.
I am at [removed] and receive calls at both numbers.
This needs to stop!!! - SickOfThemThey call all day every day. They call from various numbers. I asked them THREE times to stop calling, but they call back from other numbers. They just called again. I told them for the 4th time to stop calling. The rude woman said "You don't understand. We WILL keep calling. And you can't stop us." She laughed them hung up. I have reported this company three times as well, but obviously their trick of calling from various numbers keeps them from getting in trouble.
- The Troll| 1 replythey call several times per day & several days per week. they never leave a message. this is why the consumer fair trade commission was created last year. now that Obama appointed a director last week, we have someone to complain to. this kind of consumer abuse has gotten out of hand and we need to stand behind the CFTC 100% to reign in these thugs. this is not a political endorsement, it is an attempt to give anyone annoyed by these calls and outlet to go to for resolution. they have a website where you can lodge a complaint. i will be going there next.
- Caller: unknown
- orai asked the women why they keep calling me since i dont have a creidit card or any of the accounts they were talking about she called me a dumb white bi@ch and hung up on me. when i tried to call back they said it was not a working number.
- Caller: lower interest
- Jake HayCall from this number showed up on my caller ID....and actually left a message! It was "urgent" that I contact them about my credit card (didn't say which one.....) interest rate because "time is running out".... time for WHAT??? The message also said I could "press 3" if I wasn't interested, but unfortunately I wasn't home to do that. And I'm certainly not going to call them back "for more information." These calls come in daily, and I'm tired of them. There doesn't seem to be any way to stop them because they keep calling from different numbers.....but with the same message. ENOUGH!!!!!
- Caller: Credit Card....
- Fed Up| 1 replyI found out that the credit reporting services (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) gives your credit information to companies. If you do not want to receive prescreened offers about your credit from companies you can opt out by calling 888-567-8688 and an automated system will ask you questions to verify your identity and your information will be blocked. This was stated on a letter from AT&T trying to get me to switch to AT&T U-verse. I called and was told I would be removed in four to six weeks. Hopefully these calls will stop soon. It's a shame I have to OPT-OUT when I never agreed to OPT-IN!!!!!
- Caller: OUT OF AREA
- DeborahReport these jack****** every time they call. The attorney general is working on these jerks as we write.
'Can't wait till they burn.- Caller: debt lowering
- Call type: Telemarketer
- annoyed| 1 reply917-217-9515.....This number is "Rachel" from Card Holder services. When we press #3 to discontinue their phone calls it ALWAYS results in a phone call back within 5 minutes. If you press #1 to tell them to quit calling they just hang up. I've repored them so many times but it does no good!! I am completley annoyed!!
- Caller: Card Holder Services
- Glenda RawlingsThey call every day and if you try and talk to them they hang up. I have told them so many times not to call and they just hang up. Sick of it.
- Caller: Caller ID says "Lower Interest"
- Curious Cal| 1 replyI get calls from this number from time to time, and just don't answer usually, but today I listened to what sounded like a recording with some b.s. about lowering my interest rate. I listened long enough to hear "if you want to opt out of receiving this notice press 3" in a very hurried voice. I pressed 3 and hung up. Hope that fixed it.
- Susan Al***This number comes through as "lower interest". The have called us numerous times. I asked that they do not call any more as we are on the Donot call list. They told me that they got our phone number from our credit card provider, but they could not tell me the name of our credit card provider.
I called my credit card provider and they said that the call was not made on the authorization. It is a telemarketer.
How do I stop these calls?- Caller: Lower Interest
- Call type: Telemarketer
- another annoyed consumerI also have repeatedly been called by these people - whoever they are. When I answer, there is a recording stating that "this is your second and final notice to lower your interest rate on your credit card! It is urgent that you blah, blah, blah...", which is amazing, considering that I do not have a credit card. When I do not answer, The message is left on the machine, as others have reported, stating to press 3 to opt out - which obviously you can't do when you don't answer.
There appears to be no possible way to get rid of these people - whoever they are. I don't know where they get their info, but it's nonsensical.- Caller: unknown name
- Call type: Telemarketer
- TLReceived a call at 12:47pm from telephone number 971-217-9515 which shows as "Lower Interest" on caller ID so I didn't pick up. Have picked up before when I didn't realize it was this company calling and would get a recorded voice saying something about lowering the interest rates on my credit calls.
I have been on the national 'Do Not Call' list for several years and updated my info within past six months so should NOT be getting these calls.
What good is the 'Do Not Call' list if they don't stop these people??- Caller: Unk - "Lower Interest"
- Call type: Telemarketer
- SueCame up on ID as LOWER INTEREST. Female voice left recored message. How do we stop them from these calls?!!! We don't even have a credit card!
