Selling some health service.  I indicated we were on the Don Not Call Registry, and the dunce didn't know what that is.  A complaint with FCC may help bring him up to speed

Just filed a complaint against them as well.

I called the number an received an automated line informing me I had received a marketing call and that I could be added to their do not call list by hitting 1 at anytime.

No answer...just busy signal...waited several minutes...busy signal ...most annoying

Got a call from this number today....the jerk had the audacity to hang up on me! that's what I get for being nice

I have received the same phone calls to the point of harassment.  I have told the people, each time they have called we do not have diabetics in this house.  Put us on the no call list.

Since the person is claiming to be from the American Diabetic Association - I decided to call their number "1-800-342-2383" and file a complaint with them since the number calling my house (971-220-1003) says it is unavailable after the phone call.

Here is what they told me (she was obviously reading it from a wording manual so they are being notified about this issue) - American Diabeties Association are a non-profit organization and thus the Do Not Call list does not apply to them.  They are free to call whomever they wish as often as they wish.  As for removing my phone numbers from their list, she would be more than happy to do that.  She would also be happy to take the information down of the harassing phone calls to determine if it was a telemarketer of theirs as there "as been many complaints about telemarketers calling stating they are from the American Diabeties Association but are really not."

So, she took my information down, I hung up with here and less then 10 minutes later I received another phone call to my cellphone!  I told the person I contacted American Diabetes Association and was notified this number may not be a phone number with them; & what was their response?  They guy on the other end "Matthew" said: We are in fact with the American Diabetes Association and are wanting to see if you would be willing to hear some more information about the disease that is terrifying so many.  We would also like to assist you in purchasing your needed medical supplies.

Once I informed him that the REAL American Diabetes person I spoke to said they  do not offer medical supplies over the phone.  They never have and they never will.  Matthew and what ever company he is scamming from hung up on me.

I just got a call from this person but they didn't leave a message.
