Got a phone call (4:24pm) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize.  
(Does this mean that they are involved in Interstate Fraud?)  
They, of course, left no message.  
As always, I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.  

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a year now.  
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)  

I'm going to

AND to
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls.  
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)  [I have also bookmarked these URL's.]  
I have also assigned a silent ringtone to this number.  (I am up to 41 now.)
We should all pile on.

Got a call from this number on 12-3-12, didn't recognize the area code so I didn't answer.  No message was left.  Came here to see if anyone else had logged a call from this number.  Assumed to be another telemarketing call.

Received a call from this number - no message was left

Lady said she represented Senior Home Care and wanted to target people 65 years or older to give them a free medical alert pendent.  I asked if this was a Home Health agency that provided CMS services and she said yes.  OIG considers this type of marketing illegal for CMS licensed home health agencies.

Got another phone call (9:32am) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize, that I have marked in my contact list as a "Telemarketer" with a silent ringtone.  (This number is #43 of 44 so marked.)  
(Does this mean that they are still involved in Interstate Fraud?)  
Once again, they of course, left no message.

I received a call to my cell phone from 971-256-5690 at 6 pm Mountain Time on 1-9-13.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

They are selling medical alert bracelets for seniors. I already told them the first time that I have no use for their product, but they have phoned again (but I didn't answer).

Just got a call from 971-256-5690. Caller ID said "USLIFECARE." I didn't answer.  They left no message.  Obviously a telelmarketer looking for victims to rip off.

Got a call from them. Didn't answer. It's my mobile and on the DNC list.

This number has called me 5 times in the past 2 weeks.  Last night at 6pm they called again and I answered and disguised my voice.  I asked for the girls name and the name of her company.  It was Kim from Senior Home Care.  I told her I am on the Do Not Call list and that I would report the calls which I have done.

I didn't answer but they left no message and that almost always means it's a robo-call.

Just got a call from 971-256-5690.  I answered it but nothing happened , right before i hung up I heard a recorded "GOODBYE" and then a click.

Have to laugh at all the folks who think contacting the federal government will help.

Obama is too busy chasing down the one percent and redistributing that money to the growing number of federally paid channel flippers.

Al J. Gore, I couldn't agree with you more.  I am on the Do Not Call LIst, however, I noticed when I added my Dad's name to the list, my Dad started getting more calls than ever before. DO NOT CALL LIST IS A WAY TO SOLITICIT YOUR PHONE NUMBER.  

As far as Obummer, wish it was 2016; oh no wait, then we might get Hillary.

Really?  Must everything be political?  I live in Missouri, a very red state with a "Do Not Call List" that's 10 years old.  I'm not even on the National list and guess what, we've been getting these same calls.  I think people are getting bolder about calling because they realize it's only a hand slap and that's only if they get caught.
