This so called investigator Dave Smith (haha) called all of our neighbors looking for our son who does not live here.  The information that he left at all our neighbors didnt add up. He said he was an investigator named Dave Smith (if you believe that we'll tell you anything) we had our attorney call the number he had left which belongs to a Parker Jonhston.  This supposed Dave Smith never returned our attorneys calls and all harassment stop almost imediatly. Our attorney also said not to speak with this person.  My suggestion is if you are to deal with this idiot is to have your attorney call and it will end.

This woman named Teri Young calls evryone you know to get you to call in, wow, get a life, who works on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday????

Mi esposo fallecio 12/22/2012    dos 2 dias ndespues recivi una llamada de esta persone llamada Dana  acozandome ostigandome y amenazando conaser un reposecion de mi carro el cual estoy pagando aln anco northisland me asuste tanto que fui al anco aer que estaa pasando me dijeron que todo estaba ien pero ahora   1/17/2013 alas 7.15 de la manana recivo la llamada de Dana demandando mi carro????yo vivo en la mesa 91942 de donde vienen estas llamadas???????J

Calls me looking for the previous owner of my phone number... it's been 3 years now... I've told them several times I don't know them. They call every day..... 2 to 3 tims a day.... it's getting old.

This place keeps calling my grand draught's phone leaving messages about how she best "not make them mad" or other stupid thing. We have no clue to whom they want and my 13 year old grand daughter told them this over and over . It seems they are a scam collection place that buys old contracts then runs what ever scam they can to collect. If they do this to you file a FCC report!!!! A few reports can get them fined $250,000.00
