Just got a call too.  Thinking spam, survey, collections because nobody that I do not know calls me.

its a bill collector, west management assets, the have a particular shady business practice to come after people after you have already paid the account off, DO NOT ANSWER and they will also send text messages and call your work, it is best to deal directly with the original company and then file a complaint for harassment against them.

I have made both my cellphones immune to texting. I have NO use for any text of any type. It costs money to send and receive texting. Wasted money.

Keeps calling my cell phone every 30 minutes or so, just saying "hold on for the next available operator". they never identify the company or who they are calling for. I just hang up.

I receive repeated calls from this number with no one on the line - usually 45 minutes apart several times a day, approximately every other day. When I make a return call they cannot find my name or number on file. Upon discovery that they are a debt collection agency, I have twice asked them to remove me from what must be an autodial list, as I have had no unpaid debts since I was MUCH younger. They repeat that I am not ON their list. And the calls continue......

Yep, NCO.  Another one of the numbers on their filthy pile. Surprised they don't use ANI spoofing.  Good luck.

I don't care who it is, after answering phones all day, I turn my phone off when I get home.  They want me they can leave a msg of who they are and what they want.

They call my cell phone every 15 minutes.  No identifying information...STOP!

i have been receiving calls from this number and have not answered them.  Have been getting alot of scammers calling me lately....contacted the FTC and registered a complaint for each number

I have an app for my phone called "dead to me" and I've put their numbers in, they can't text or leave a message.  Works good!!

I just received a phone call from  972-217-8339.  It is 3:20 am.   Are you kidding me?   Whoever you are do not ever call my house at this time again!!!!

Received a call asking to give them my bank information and social security number. Don't pick up.

I receives calls everyday at 8am and throughout the day-  HARRASSMENT!!!!!

This company is beyond rude and keeps calling. I'm sorry but if your trying to get any money from me, you might wanna act a little but nicer.              A lady keeps calling and she doesn't even tell me her name, nothing. Just say (my name and my name again, right?!) I just hand up!

EXACTLY! If someone doesn't leave a message identifying who they are and what they are calling about, there must be a reason. I haven't answered a phone call from a number I don't recognize in years.  The ringer is off unless I have a reason to turn it on, not the other way around.

Hacked my phone as their calls were coming in as my phone carrier payment #. Once I kept hanging up on them sayding they were not the carrier they stopped calling using their number
